  1. There are many demands and limited volunteer resources. Member input has been recorded and what can be done on this platform will be done when time and resources allow.
  2. I have not found a payment method. Membership details may be found by double clicking your avatar. Work on the site is ongoing, but it will never be the same as it was.
  3. As is the case nearly every morning, first order of businesses to remove the spam. Unusually heavy load this a.m. I do not believe there is any paid advertising at this time. Please keep reporting and I'll keep removing it.
  4. We are gaining significant numbers of members daily. As I understand it, galleries as they were are not compatible with this platform.
  5. Sanford, I'm sorry you are unhappy, but saying things that are untrue and that belittle the site are just not helpful. Efforts are being made incrementally to keep the site alive. Functionality is currently the key issue. It would be useful to hear some positive comments on the advances rather than constant reiteration of issues that are as yet unresolved. Some, in the final analysis will likely fall short of PN in its heyday, but it will be as good as possible given the circumstances.
  6. Update: KODAK PROFESSIONAL DEKTOL Developer / Packet to make 1 gal (CAT# 516 0270)Recent batches of DEKTOL with date codes of August 2019 or later have been coming out darker than normal when mixed. This is due to a non-photo active impurity. This has no impact on product performance. We are working with our manufacturer to quickly bring the color back to its normal neutral appearance. Here is the link to the "Chemicals" page that includes that info: https://imaging.kodakalaris.com/photographers-photo-printing/resources/chem-tech-info
  7. Unfortunately, there is no going back, and the platform is the limiting factor.
  8. I am set to Large previews, (Thumbnail and List are the other choices) and see those when I visited your images just now.
  9. If I were paid, or inside, I'd probably have an array of devices to view and test on. Unfortunately, all my experience is with Windows, and that is all I have. Do wish I could help.
  10. Some tortures are more than adequate in original form!
  11. Never had a D500. Friend and expert photographer got one, and got rid of it. No idea why, reviews are all good.
  12. I have a Win 11 desktop only. 3 Screen captures. When you click Finish editing in the last, the items / column is gone.
  13. I have a D2x which I use on occasion. A good pro camera that will take you up to 12.4. I particularly like the color rendition, and old or not, one of the Nikon Pro cameras. Practically speaking, you might want to go with a D7200 or D7500.
  14. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the platform, there is no going back. There may be other sites that meet your particular needs, but would certainly hate to see you go.
  15. Click on the arrow screen left, an X will appear on each of the boxes on the right. Click each, then click finish editing.
  16. No expertise, but I wonder about the relationship between Frame rate and RPM. I have a disc that lets me calibrate my turntable RPM. Random thought.
  17. Simply posting priority removed due to obsolescence. Too quick, Sam!
  18. IMHO, he was making the assumption that Everyone would have multiple places where they stored their photos in addition to Photo.net, and by following his plan, current functionality might improve.
  19. Been banning them for the last half hour. Believe all are gone for now. Three dots upper right hand corner, click and one choice is Report, those come to me. Failing that, send me a note. I work spam on and off all day.
  20. Thanks! Changes will proceed for a bit, as long as resources remain, but there are a bunch of things that could be done on the previous platform but not on this one. Appreciate and will forward input.
  21. Your mind is still tethered - work in progress.
  22. The idea was to clean things up and simplify across the board. How about an All Other temporarily, with a brand re evaluation based on brand performance after 6 weeks or so? That assuming support remains available.
  23. Run another roll, take it right in to the lab and explain your situation. They just might stretch a little for a potential new customer. They could even ring you and say good or not.
