<p>Why don't learn how to use curves, it is 30 seconds adjustment, you can make your skin more reddish or neutral in a very precise way.</p><div></div>

<p>You can add solid color layer with darker magenta in lighten mode and decrease opacity or use curves shifting the shadows point in green channel to the right a few points. The same with yellows in highlights if you have trouble with lightroom. In PS you can use BW layer in luminosity mode and decrease red and yellow to darken the skin a bit. <br> I believe there are many other ways to achieve it, like selective color layer.</p> -

<p>Looks like orange luminosity decreased and magenta overlay at least in shadows, yellows added in highlights. 10 secs in Camera RAW or Lightroom.</p> -
