Wow... looks like a scene from a heaven.
-
Nice shot -- dramatic both in the angle and the sky!
-
Gorgeous blues contrasting with the warm tones of the limestone(?). Wonderful reflection too! The sky and mountains in blue softens and finishes off this mood beautifully.

Amazing timing!! Great moment!!

You've shown some interesting colors resulting from the ND filtering -- I quite like the darkening as you go towards the top. It emphasises (through contrast) the warm, calm mood created from the still water and cloud reflections near the bottom of the photo. Nicely composed too!

Awesome storm shot! It's cool how the verticle and horizontal lightning provide a natural frame for the photograph!
-
I agree with leaving the crop as is and cloning out the light in the middle of the building. Great shot!!

Actually, I think you should leave the buildings in... they provide a contrast to the blue, cold and frightening lighting in the sky -- warm, light and shelter.... Great shot!!

Awesome shot! Pulled me right in! Love the abstract curve created by the framed photos, plus the stance of the two men add plenty of charisma. Good eye!!

Nice shot! Love the dusky colors. I grew up in this area (near the Alberta/BC border), so your photos are making me miss my beloved Rockies....

Wonderful layers of shapes and graduated tones! Mystical indeed!
-
A wonderous slice of doggie life!! They balanced their positions well for you!!

Cool shot and a creative approach to a self portrait! You need to submit this to The Mirror Project: http://www.mirrorproject.com/

Another inspiring work... you truly amaze me! The simplicity of the foreground with the small waves of pattern in the sand and the footprints that take your eye to the dramatic sky make for a wonderful composition. Remarkable, as is pretty much everything in your folder.

I think there are really two subjects in one photo. The character of the building and the symetrical composition is a very pleasant abstract in itself. Then you have the father and daughter, another subject that has emotional appeal. So this causes a bit of a dilemma for the viewer -- two competing subjects... but this is not necessary a bad dilemma. We can have our cake and eat it too...

Great shot!! I've captured a couple of hummingbirds in flight, but I've never managed to get one as well focused as this one -- mine had a motion blur in the wings. This is a terrific hummer shot! Your patience was rewarded, most definitely! Gorgeous warm colors and great detail in the little claws too!

Those are two of the luckiest daisies in the world. Man, what a view! Great shot, Dave.

I really like the colors tones from the reflections. Almost makes her back seem as if it's real metallic bronze. Great shot!!

I want to take Spikey home with me. He seems to be a well-behaved model. My dogs would have chewed the flowers into little bits.... :-) Interesting mix of subjects!
-
From a distance, this looks like a giant mechanical bird coming in for a landing! Interesting combinations of colors!
-
Great capature! The colors in the sky are great! You may want to consider using the burn tool in the foreground to darken it a bit and add a little more interest/silouette to it.

Excellent for a first attempt! Keep them coming!
