Everyday I drive by a pond with a pair of swans swimming gracefully. I could only hope to capture their beauty like you have!
-
You waited for a perfect moment to catch the bursts of light break through the clouds and shimmer onto the water. Breathtaking...

Nice color and reflection. Makes me want to be there... I miss the mountains so...
-
I prefer the softness of the monotone... very pretty.

I want to go to this cathedral! Thanks for the interesting perspective!

You captured a lovely moment -- an expression of pure, unadulterated fatherly love.

I love the way this looks from a distance! And it's even more entrancing up close. What an inspiring place to be laid to rest...

I love the way the harshness of the gnarled tree is contrasted with the softness of the colors in the distance. I love old dead tree pictures and this one definitely ranks way up there!!

I like the mystery created by the eyes. Very interesting angle!

I thought about doing something with the red part of the wall since I wondered if the red might pull the eye away from the horse. I considered posting this as a b/w, but I adore the color in the man's bowtie and in the mane decoration on the horse. I guess I could have cloned the red out by replacing it with the gray brick. But, I also want to show that the Mexicans are not afraid to use vibrant colors in the exterior of homes and buildings.
I appreciate your feedback, Eric!! Thanks for wanting to make it a better shot.

Thanks for your comments. I took a peek at your attachment where you adjusted the contrast. It does brighten up the blues, definitely. My only objection here is that the duskier unmodified version better reflects the mood created by the tiny little ice crystals that were in the air that day -- something that is more apparent in my 1280x960 original of this photo.
I'm glad that this location is familiar to you!!

Light post is a little distracting...

Interesting... this picture has definite sexual tones (flower petals, labia, etc.).
-
Nice shot... I'd rotate it a little bit. Looks slightly crooked. I like the way it's framed.

You captured a lovely look of contentment on the young girl. Nice...

Nice vintage feel...

I like the mood of this picture. I look for these kind of shots when I'm running around cities too, so this interested me. Would have been nice if part of his knee wasn't cropped.
