Is your first printer an HP model? I had a similar problem trying to run the two together. By the way. The STM35 Back mon. Is the status monitor for the epson printer not a virus. Don't remember what the EBAPI thing is.

Michael,
I have a question, Why would you process c41 B&W film yourself? It seems like it would be easier, and cheaper to use regular B&W film and processing for that purpose. For color film, I can understand.

to put your photo up without a link. Make sure it fits the guidelines, as far as size goes, then give it a caption.

I guess that it may just be the samples that I have, but my 18-55'kit' lens is just as good, if not better throughout it's range, as my 28-105. I wouldn't think twice about using either of them.

It's probably something you've already thought about, but why not try a good film scanner. Use the equipment you already have. If you really want a DSLR. Although I'm not sure(canon user), but I believe your accessories will work with the newer Nikon DSLR's like the D70. Which I hear is an excellent camera.

I have tried a couple of different clear sprays. I never had a problem with fading/colorshifting etc.. (I live in the California Desert). That is until I intalled a swamp cooler(evaporative Cooler) in our house. Prints the were fully exposed, faded quickly with the higher humidity in the house. Even ones that had showed no sign of deterioration for 4+ years. The prints that are under glass (in frames) have held up very well.

I heard a report on the news today, where they rated the 'heathiest cities in America to live in'. New Orleans came in last place. With as much alcohol as I consumed the last time I was there, as well as the great(fatty) food. I tend to believe the report. I cannot remember being anywhere where I'd rather have a camera though...

Floyd, Thank you for the comments and the prayers.

I bought a Hawkeye once with the white stuff all over. even after a real good cleaning inside and out. It still had a 'musty' smell for a few weeks.
I wish I'd been there for the omelette...my wife won't eat shrooms, so I almost never cook any.

Try using canon's EVU, or DPP software to convert your raw files. It should work better.

Thumbnails of Raw files in Windows Explorer are nice as well.

I too bought about 50 rolls of the stuff, wish I bought more...I have developed it in D76 and rodinal with great success. One time I accidently developed a roll in Rodinal 1:50 and used my 1:25 time/temp. I ended up with SUPER thin negatives, but they were actually very printable and had an interesting effect.<div></div>

I believe the pentacon six, and the Kiev 60 use the same mount, if so, http://www.kievcamera.com/product.php?ID=94 , this should work.

Peter mentioned the one problem I had, and thought there was something wrong. The Shutter release button was locked. Something so simple, but aggravating.

Kelly's point about the soft drink cooler, is a good one. It attracts less attention. I got one from Big Lot's. I think I paid $6 for it. With a few alterations, it really works great. The other thing that I do, at Disneyland, been there 5 times in the past year and a half. Is take a consumer lens only. Again, It attracts less attention, and will hurt a lot less if it disappears. It will also deliver more than adaquate performance.

I'm sure that the dark slide will come with it. I have bought Bronica backs from KEH and they always have had a Dark slide, unless otherwise noted.
-
Ebay has them sometimes. Item #7516952271, currently. Sometimes KEH.com has them as well.

Kris,
I just saw your picture, Hendersons IGA kind of stood out. I actually grew up in Valentine....
-
Look for a printer capable of Pictbridge.

My D30 suffered from this problem when I got it. Canon quoted the previous owner $250 to fix it. I bought it cheap and fixed it easily. My 20D has had no problem, so far, But I've only had it for 2 months.

Travis, Funny you should mention the embarassment photos. My wife has already started preparing an album, designed for our sons first date(embarassment). With her first hand knowledge, that all teenage girls are evil. My first hand knowledge, however, tells me the same about teenage boys. In 12 or so years, I'm sure the album will be Very interesting.

I had a similar problem setting up an r200 with heavyweight matte paper. I got a little frustrated and quit for the night. By the next morning the print had Dried, and looked pretty good. The colors seem to change as the ink dries.

I am still kind of young(35) and my son is only 3. I can say that Most of my favorite shots of myself, were taken with crappy instamatics. I wish, sometimes, that my parents were more interested in the quality of the shots rather than the ease of carrying a POS camera(126 and 110).
Another funny thing, I have found thousands of old Negs and Pics from my childhood, and my parents definitely took about 10x more pictures of me(first born) than my younger brother.
I WILL only have one child, not by choice(but thats a different story). But in his short life, my son has had Miles of film, and Many Gigs of digital pictures taken of his life. I can only hope he appreciates these as much as I appreciate the pictures of my childhood.<div></div>
