1. In TTL mode, though, you don't need to do the arithmetic
 2. Since we generally focus and determine the distance of the composed image and then set aperture on the camera, a better derivation of the formula is GN divided by idistance equals aperture.
 3.
It is spamming, but nonetheless... I see no value in this product. I can get inspiration for assignments from my own eyes and brain.

 4. I don't but if I did I'd use a dry Teflon lubricant.
 5.
Very unlikely. If you worry about humidity put the smaller boxes in zip-lock baggies before you box them together in the shipping box.

 6.
P.S. I'd be really excited to read that T-52 was on the verge!

 7.
I don't even know where to start in a response... but I'm happy that you are happy. For me T-55 was nothing more than a novelty. "Real' film" always was better but there was a certain convenience factor associated with T-55 and the other quickload concepts. Polapan... I don't quite know what to say except that there is probably a good reason why it went extinct.

 8.
Do you have something like Craig's List in Sweden? That might be an option. Private party sale will likely yield the most reasonable price - closest to whatever the gear's "value" is. Of course, selling as a complete kit would be best since selling piece-by-piece could take lots of time and patience. For a quick unload, but at a very low price, there must be a camera broker in Sweden.

BTW, if that really is a 15mm Distagon you may have a very valuable lens. :)

 9.
You should be able to use ebay to establish a range of value for your gear. Search the completed sales.

If you cannot sell on ebay you may be very handicapped.

 10.
Ahhh, thanks for the correction. And thanks for doing the currency conversion. I looked quickly at the list of other engineering standards at ISI and thought I saw thousands of rupees... but did not know the exchange rate until now. It is a lot less expensive to buy the ISI version of 2720 than the ISO version!

 11.
I believe the 2011 version is just a revalidation of the earlier issuance.

ISO 2720: 1974 (the ISO instantiation of ANSI PH3.64) was revalidated in 2011. If it was just a revalidation and not a revision (which I believe it was) only the date on the front cover will have changed. But I'm not interested enough to spend the $50 or $88 price to buy a copy. :)

The Indian standard is quite interesting. They violated ISO copyright and then put their own copyright on it using a "freedom of information for disadvantaged communities" philosophy. But times appear to have changed because now they charge many rupees for "bootlegged" standards.

 12.
I always wonder what to think at this point. A question was asked and folks gave their time to thoughtfully answer, yet no further participation from the OP. Did we give bad advise, or wrong advise... or just said things that aren't comfortable to hear?

 13.
Sounds like the shutter is jammed. Not unusual for a synchro-compur shutter that is in need of servicing (AKA CLA). Whatever you do... don't force it and don't start fiddling with the self-timer. It is possible that all it needs is to be serviced, but fiddling with it could render the shutter unrepairable.

 14. You really need to be the one setting limits on your free favor to your friend.
 15.
Before you go too much further, Jordin... review the concept of "work-for-hire". It is an important distinction that you need to understand.

 16. Buy a new SD card and try to forget this guy and those pictures. He probably promised way more tha he could or should have regarding your future use of his clients images.
 17. The ultimate standard for human body temperature measurement !
 18. I'd have an adapter in it in less than 2 minutes and be using it like I still use a LunaPro!
 19. I would have thought that almost anyone would have been happy getting a meter like that in original box for $40...
 20. Sounds like you did the right thing for all involved. But don't blame eBay; that's not right or fair.
 21. I know it isn't universally true, but it's mostly true for me too.
 22. Be very aware of your exposure, especially when pointing skyward.
 23. You can always use a ruler. Metric
