    <p>Incident metering procedure you used is OK although I would have pointed at camera. You could also spot meter the dress and the model to find the range, and then adapt the exposure accordingly. What film were you using?</p>

    <p>I send my film to them all the time. Good people, fast turnaround, and good processing/printing. Their scans are a bit hit-or-miss. Too often they are "dirty". I generally use their scans only as a proof and rescan if I want a good digital file. The thing I like most about them is the ability to view an download the scans before the negs even get into the return mail.</p>
