1.
This was Elitechrome 200 10 years expired that was frozen for 9 years of it's life.

Moderator note: When posting a URL that begins with "https" delete the "s". The "http" will then become a blue clickable link. Photo.net is funny that way.

 2.
All depends on how it was stored and what brand/emulsion.
Buy fresh, buy new.buy often.

 3.
Thanks Ron that is what I wanted to hear and thanks for the link.

 4.
My Reason for even asking this question is #1 is it even possible. and #2 as stated I have removed remjet many times as I process Vision movie film so that is a non problem. I was just wondering if it could be done. I have reversal processed many B&W films before and I found that Rollei 80s is one of the better ones to do this with. I was just looking for a different way to help others who still have unprocessed Kodachrome as noted by John when processed as a negative that yellow filter is a PITA.
Thanks for all who have worried about why I want to try this. I guess the only thing to do is to do it.
Thanks.

 5.
I have become pretty good at removing remjet since I started using Vision films and I thought that well Kodachrome is really a B&W emulsion. So if I was to put it through a B&W positive process would it be better to try and remove the remjet before light exposure or after? will this even work? I see so many rolls around and for free most times I was just wondering.... Ron Andrews maybe you can help me here on this one. If so what EI would I even try to shoot it at if it was 64 new last run?

 6.
The only Kodak B&W Movie film is XX or 5222 as it is known in 35mm Scanning films are out there. ORWO is producing many B&W films in formats for those who want to use it. or copy B&W. Tri-X reversal was ISO 200.

 7.
You are thinking of Standard 8mm. Super 8 is not split after processing.

 8.
Maybe someone got the idea that without new film cameras it is real hard to sell new film. All of these cheap used film cameras won't last forever.

 9.
I do my own now and I have no complaints. But If it is a matter of price then I always will pay extra because I feel I am special.

 10.
Time in does not matter. You want no bubbles but you want tension of the water relieved. Mix according to the directions in distilled water but reduced by 25% and then report back.

 11.
OMG Cap measures. The caps are different every year Get the directions from Kodak and reduce by 25%. Use the instructions on the bottle and reduce 25%. many times though I use a pinkie. I dip my pinkie finger in the bottle to the end of the fingernail and then swish that in the tank. :D

 12.
Yes sir and don't over photoflo and use Distilled water to mix it.

 13.
Mike that was my thought that is why I asked for more.

 14.
Remember that stuff can enter your camera any time you open the back and sometimes even when you don't.

 15.
Without seeing a scan I doubt we can tell as all I see is reflection.

 16.
Just to give you a taste and save you a little money. I shot some of this recently and it came out like it was new.
http://filmphotographyproject.com/store/35mm-chrome-fpp-chrome-9-pack-box

 17.
AGFA/Rollie is not re branded Fuji AGFA Yes has been re branded by another commence but AGFA Belgium is still separate and running E6 and C-41 color/colour films along with A few others. Please excuse sorting out but Coating machines still run with emulsions of the past just little or no R&D.
It is not tough to shoot film it is tough to do it and develop it. That is why I do my own.
E6 chem kits are not cheap but then they are 50% cheaper than sending it out to a company that you have no idea about. I get 15 rolls from one kit. and it cost me what I used to pay for in 4 rolls send out.
http://filmphotographyproject.com/store/unicolor-rapid-e6-slide-development-kit

 18.
Economics 101. Supply and demand. Fuji still makes some E6 film along wit AGFA Belgium And soon Ferrania.

 19.
Kentmere 400 and High Contrast I see there. OA I found was better to pull a stop.

 20.
Jamie, The Adanol or Blazanol depending on your country is the same as the old Rodinal and packed in nitrogen so it last just as long. The R09 and R09 one shot are suspect to me too as you suspect.

 21.
HC-110 sounds like what you need.
http://www.covingtoninnovations.com/hc110/
