Yes Carl I did darken the edges ans especially on left. So this must be wrong...I will soon send another version....Jean

Actually I have added some dark on the left side but this is rather

controversial and I cant really get my own idea on that for the time.

picture have been used, one zoomed, the otherone not, Then I have

mixed them given more emphasis to one or the other depending on the

different pictures areas. Jean

Jessica, thank you for your answer. The pole and child are making a diagonal and the pole is pointing towards that child that is the subject. The composition can be discussed and aestetic as well, I'm glad that you are going a step back with deleting that 1/1 which was not (to my opinion) justified properly by your original "too saturated" comment (why deleting it? because changing your explanations about the reasons of your original rating?). As 1/1 is the lowest rating possible is should be reserved to extremely bad work (looking at your rating on one other photograph you seem to have forgotten to be severe as you were for me). I have worse picture than this one indeed. I do not mind the low ratings but in this case I was offended and found it unfair. Thanks for having correcting rating and remember to fix your email....Jean

Great picture Craig, as James and other said the fact that the scene was seen before doesnt take from the quality. Jessica White is probably a fake name and the email adress given doest work, so do not worry for her(?) remark (I have also a recent picture commented and strangely rated by this pseudo-person). jean

I thought the question of fake identity with several mails was over on PN, looks to me that J. W. is one one those. Her (?) email adress doesnt work...now looking at "Jessica" contribution to this site she seems devoted to rate high the picture of one member, I dont mind having low rating on my pictures, but I do not like the ratings that are motivated by non-photographical-esetical reasons (that I ignore in this case) . Jessica, I would have expect a bit more comments when you rate 1/1. I understand and accept it is too saturated for your taste, what about the composition and originality etc....where are the flaws that makes this picture not worth more than 1/10?
