    Very good condition film advance crank is a bit wobbly probably a simple fix however it does auto cock lens shutters.

    It is acrylic paint. Until buying it I had little knowledge of acrylic paint having used oils and watercolor. I suppose that any acrylic paint that remains pliable would work.

    Thanks to all for the suggestions and advice. I have found a product. LIQUITEX MARS BLACK. It remains pliable when dry and is available on AMAZON Under $10 and the tube will last longer than I can use it up.

    Is the camera supposed to close more compactly or is this normal? Also what is a simple inexpensive way in which to repair minor pinholes in the bellows?

    I have two IKOFLEX cameras with NOVAR lenses one working one not working, one uncoated one coated both 75mm 3.5. I want tp install the coated lens on the working camera. Will swapping lenses cause focus issues?

    That is regrettable for the body is in almost mint condition and the shutter works perfectly. It would be nice if I could install a better lens however I have not the expertise to do it.

    Thank you. As I said I know the MERITAR Thank you for the information. As i have said I am aware that it is not of the quality of my VOIGTLANDER SKOPAR and AGFA SOLINAR however I'm guessing that it may be not too bad stopped down.

    Seeking information about the lens 105 mm 4.5 MERITAR. It is coated but I can't tell if it is a triplet or possibly a TESSAR type.
