  3. Thank you I had assumed the rear was the cemented piece. There is no damage to either the glass or coating. What method of cleaning would you recommend?
  4. It is coated JENA TESSAR T. I have cleaned the elements so that there is no haze on the outer elements. I believe it is between cemented front elements. The rear element has no haze.
  5. It is not mounted on the camera, I removed it to clean the elements.
  6. I have a 75mm 3.5 TESSAR from a ROLLEIFLEX AUTOMAT with haze between elements. I have read that heating the lens might remove some if not all. Does heating the lens work?

  9. John, that could be because when I tried different solvents RONSONAL, alcohol there is an acrid smell that I would not associate with ordinary leather.
  10. I've found that 91% isopropyl alcohol is effective at softening the glue.

  13. I am puzzled by this post at bottom right in the photo. it has a nut so it must have had something attached. Also I am stripping the old cover but am having a difficult time removing the old glue, any suggestions?

  15. I bought a ROLLEIFLEX AUTOMAT but am unsure of the model. The body serial number is1079620 taking lens ZEISS JENA TESSAR T 75mm 3.5 serial number 3037169.
