Alan has it
see Some examples of striking differences in slide preservation
You can often get part of the way by loading the image, click with white 'dropper' on the lightest area, 'black dropper" on the darkest area...
Where do I find these droppers on PS Elements?

Perhaps not a great fix, but I've used it on some of my old photos I've attempted to resurrect. In this case I used GIMP.

I just upgraded my Elements 11 to 22. When I click on the desktop icon, the software says it is deownloading something; I should come back later. But later--even overnight--I get the same message. How can I get around this? I still have version 11, but the new software has features I need. Anyone else suffer this?

A clerk at B&H told me today that so many people are using film that the manufacturers are six months behind on orders! B&H is sold out of 35mm.

I was in the NYC B&H store today to get film. They are sold out of 35mm. The clerk said, "So many people are shooting film that the manufacturers can't keep up." He said they won't have 35mm film for the next six months.

John Wheeler
You know Amazon better than I. I couldn't find this item on their site.

You come across as yet another film shooting pervert. Was it worth it?
You come across as a troll who is always looking to make a putdown.
