wow, what a great painting this would make.... i'd paint the tails in too, tho. i think these are called hyacinth macaws, aye? great shot. cheers.
-
oooo! outstanding. i'd love to have this one in my backroads series. great pic, at once brooding and warmly vivid. congrats.

inspired by wildlife painters bob kuhn and michael coleman, i offer this personal view of
both the texture of the landscape and the animal.

really sweet shot; love your caption. you've heard the expression "like herding cats"? it's tough getting them together for a shot. you've done very well here.
i do animal rescue so i also have to beg everyone: please spay and neuter your pets! i make potential adoptees sign a contract promising to get the animals fixed. attached is a poster i did for kittens abandonned near me. cheers!

i love seeing isolated old abandoned houses like this-- my pulse quickens as i envision it
filled with cast-away antiques. like always tho, i only came away with photos.

good clarity, color and balance. also good interest: kind of a reptilian look to that 'eye' and series of 'scales'. well taken.

looks like a photographers paradice, lucky you. great, fascinating shot.

gorgeous abstract, i love the blues and textured gravel-- even the camera tilt works nicely. bravo.
-
another brilliant creation-- somehow very painterly. exciting work. bravo.

this is a gorgeous, very creative piece. outstanding. bravo. (i hope the manx was found...)
-
a different kind of look, very creative. the spiral of whiskers, the soft motion, the warm tones: all very appealing. bravo.

wow, what a sweet old ride. i dig the color version. super patina.
-
very nice colors and textures, good balance. bravo.

highly evocative, one can almost hear and smell the street. choice use of limited palette. good shot, very clean...

really nice one. hard not to anthropomorphize the image with those fangs hanging out. i'm bummed that i was actively commenting on another car photo of yours a few days ago and it got deleted just as i was posting the most insightful critique. ah well. the whole series is really good. cheers.

great tones and textures; love the sepia, love the darkened corners. the horizontal lines off the upper corner lock in the subject, as does the bright verticals on the other side. the blurred playing hand is the fascinating counterpoint to the studied expression of the model. all great. some more view of the lower right might be interesting, but that's just nit-picking. groovy shot, as are all of the images i saw in your collection of 'recent' pics. bravo.

nice composition; generally works as a pleasing image, but for me, the subject is just a bit under-defined, a bit dark. cheers.
