This was a fun wedding...Very colorful. I was the second shooter and

had a great time catching some in the moment shots. See more in my

    Windmill house wedding folder.

    Hey Barry,

Haven't heard from you in a while , but than again I have been so busy I haven't put much on the critique board lately. Thanks for your comments on this picture. I wondered about maybe to much space on the top but I liked the stormy sky also. Maybe I will try cropping it a tad and see.

Sean, I love this capture and what a handsome little boy. I played with it a little. I lightened him and burned the background just a little so he stands out more. Great shot!

    Julie,

Hi Great shot, but I feel they get a little lost in the background. It also appears a little overexposed. I cropped and adjusted the contrast a little.Elaine Marie

How about a black and white version. I am the mother of 7 and that is just a little to colorful for me. Great capture though.Congratulations! I am on call to film a birth any day and will definitly be doing it in Black and white.

Beautiful Girl but her face is a little to dark and her dark hair blends in with the dark tree. I attempted to lighten her a little.

Lisa this is a precious picture. I do agree with converting it to b&W here is my version. I also burned in the dads elbow so it doesnt draw your attention away with the bright reflection on it. Great job keep it up!

I agree about the shine on the face now that you pointed it out. I will remove it before printing. Thank you

It was definitly a must on my list. I had been drooling over this lens for a long time and finally took the jump. I was able to use it exclusivly at this wedding as I was assisting and could play a little. You are right about the 170 taken at 5.6. I also used it for most of the latest wedding I posted on the board for composition critique. Thanks for your comments on there.
