    Gimsøy kirke

1/6 s; f/11; 24 mm; Perspective control lens was used. The lampposts are perfectly vertical, but the church leans left with the wind, as do the trees. There are cables on the right side of the church for support!

    Wings

Nicely composed. I would erase the small spot in the sky at upper right and perhaps the blotchy cloud below it.
  16. Bela, I don't understand your negative comment aimed at me. My statement "love the grittiness" is a positive comment!
  17. Nice clouds and reflection. I owned this lens very briefly and didn't like it because of the colors (compared to Nikon lenses for example) and the really cheap starburst (six-pointed due to six diaphragm blades). My guess is that the yellow sun is somewhat enhanced in post. The foreground sky reflection seems to have a green cast too for some reason. Regards, Jeff

    Pink Sunset

My thought on the pink is that perhaps the foreground would also have a pink cast.

    Steller's sea eagle

Hi Alain, Very crisp and nice crop. Great composition. The foot action is super. Nice creamy background. The lens purchase is justified! All the best, Jeff

Very nice color and texture. Is this a double exposure? Jeff

    Nearly Full

Nice exposure and composition.  The horizon is slightly tilted right.  I find it odd that the moon is so large considering the lens used-- almost like it is a double exposure or pasted in.  Also, there are banded rings throughout the sky which can be caused by filters, and there is a tiny spot in the center water by the horizon that you may want to clean up.  Regards, Jeff
