all I can say is this is enchanting.
The colors and contrast really draw my attention.
BTW do you ever have problems with flare / vignetting when stacking the Polarizer ontop of the UV filter?

Roberto, you've been posting pics of people with guns for a month now... but not once have you explained what these "war games" actually are.
You photos are good... but I beg you, please satisfy my curiosity!
is it paintball? pellets? real guns? just a play game with blanks?

"casualty" means he's dead. If he has a back injury, he's not dead :)
Good journalistic photo.

this is a very nice photo.
But the saturation and contrast look WAY overdone to me, I think you need to tone down on the photoshop.
Anyone else feel this way?

This is actually a re-work of an older photo of mine. On this one I
preserve the natural blue light of dusk.
In the original "edit" here
http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=3878304
I actually neutralized the color.. but I think I like this one better.
What do you think?

It looks like there are some interesting rock formations on the left, and I am curious about the "blue line".
But I think the composition doesn't quite work.. there is too much going on... I have nothing to concentrate on, this shot is a little scattered.
Trying concentrating on something more closely, limit some of the extras.

Dude... how are you going to explain this one to the cops?!
But seriously, a great photo, great humor, exposed well.
I would be curious to see what this would look like if you shot from the other side, so her face is in the foreground, and her body is what trails outward in the photo.

Thanks for the comment.
I really wanted almost no DOF to give it a more ghostly feel. Perhaps I missed the mark on this one?

I was wondering :)
Anyhow... cool shot!

I think the super harsh lighting, and the cluttered surroundings take away from a good idea. Was this a fabricated shot, or just a guy at a party?
Although I agree B&W might make it a bit more interesting (in terms of the harsh lighting).

Another bi-weekly cat portrait :)

8mm fisheye was the lens I used.
ends up being almost a diagonal fisheye on the 300D

no filters used.. and no coloring.
Just contrast/levels/curves all to change exposure... keep the colors as I saw them originally.

Paulo, I'm not sure your commentary is much help.
Besides, haven't you heard of a "caption"? If you don't include some written caption.. most papers won't even look at your image.
That aside.. in this particular image, I might like to see a wider shot.. showing the context of these two brothers amongst a larger crowd.

Nicholas, Thank you for the in-depth critique.
You seem to have a good idea of what I envisioned before even looking through the lens.
