    Excellent shot (all the more so with a Canon A75!). I really like it. It would be great printed large with a black mat and black frame.

    This image has mostly low tones and therefore the forms are seen

    primarily in silhouette. I'm wondering if people think this works

    here, as well as general impressions of the image. If you're going to

    Don - thanks for your comments. The curvature of the clouds mirroring Half Dome was the thing that I noticed first, and is actually what made me take this photo.

    I didn't take addition versions of this shot with a graded ND filter. It was shot in raw mode, so there's quite a bit of latitude to put one in digitally.

    Good exposure, particularily keeping the details in the white feathers. I know firsthand that it's really easy to lose those details!

    Nice clarity. I'd consider cropping some of the bottom of the image off to place the leaves in high, but more central location. Just a suggestion...
