Funny, I just bought and got my M6TTL 0.58 and 35 cron asph yesterday from him and the

combo is just awesome. My highly recommendation for him to anyone who has interests

to deal (buy&sell) with him.

Hello Folks,

I just got my leica M6TTL 0.58 today with 35 cron ASph, and once I put the first roll on it

and switched the meter on I found no info inside the viewfinder like the manual says if the

shutter exposure meter dial turned on it will give you info if the exposure correct or not by

displaying two triangular shape and one circle LED. So far I think might be the batt but I'm

not sure, Anyone has advise for me what to do? thanks guys and appreciate all info!.

Everyone that has convinced me on getting my Leica venture and the choice is M6ttl (0.58)

and 35/2 cron Asph. Both I got for used and probably after I've getting used with this

combo I have plan that would like to add one more lens (90 or 75). I do have one question

for those who use 0.58 M with tele lens such 90 how's the frame line working? I read Erwin

Putts that 0.58 is good enough with lens up to 90 but he also recommend 0.85 for the

lens 90 or above . So that's why while I'm saving more money to buy tele lens I would like

to know and learn experience from other forumers. Also my other choice for tele would be

75/2 cron, is this better than the 90/cron? to be used with 0.58 frame line. Thanks again

Seems that their price is cheaper than US and got a question about warranty or passport in

leica terms right? do leica USA will honour the warranty? . My Dad is travelling to

hongkong in next couple of weeks so in the mean time I'm still considering whether buy

here in US or there to save some money. So any experience from forumers will much be

appreciated, Thanks!.

Which is better combo? Leica M body with Voigtlander lenses or Voigtlander body with

Leica Lenses? Am thinking M6 ttl with CV 35/2.5 or Bessa anykind with 35/2 cron. Thanks

for any advice!

supposedly the E-3 and E-500 would be the improvement over their predecessor so I

guess higher and more expensive (I personally hope not).

Bla bla bla bla bla, you guys too much talk! just shoot on whatever you have and can

afford. I guess famous photograhers Ansel Adam, HCB, etc never spent too much talking

on gears,instead just went out and shoot!.

Maybe a stupid question but I really don't know about this, am planning to buy some ND

filters and polarizer. Do you think the end result would be the same? say if I use provia

100 or I use digi Slr with ISO 100. Thanks and appreciate all infos!.

Anyone has experience with the above lens? seems pretty interesting lens but boy it's

soooo expensive (for my pocket for sure), anyway sample taken with the lens would be

great!.

But then again I think Olympus will come out with newer E series with more pixels,

features etc. As for now I think I have set my mind to give a try on this system and will see

Hello all,

How's the capability of this camera to be used for photojournalist work? I'm interested with

the camera but lack of lenses choices for fast prime is my prime consideration. How are

their zoom performance? . I used to have Canon 10D (never really like it with the 1.6

factor) and now considering the 20D to upgrade ( Canon 1 series camera such as 1D mkII

is out of reach for now). E-1 has caught my intentions so please any experience from

forum member would be highly appreciated!.

Xenotar and love that camera but I just don't have scanner in order to post some pics ( I

Ok guys, one last question on price on these two lenses. I have an offer of 35/2 cron pre

asph with serial # 368xxxxx and 90/2.8 eLmarit M and both condition are 10 out of 10

even they both consider used (the owner is a collector) and he offers me for $1800 with

Lens holder that attached on the bottom of the camera and 5 filters, is this a good deal?

Thanks Folks!!!, I've been searching and seems it is 35/2 cron is more expensive than the

50/2 cron (all latest model) and I think I would give a try the 35 cron first. If money

allowed I would look upon a good deal on the 50. I pretty much have the budget for 35

cron and just have to be patient on the wait list here and the evil "BAy". One more question

folks, do you think the new 75/2 cron would be an awesome performance? how much is

the price? based on erwin puts that Vic gave the link above I think my camera should be

fine with the focal length. Thanks again I'm beginning impatient to start posting pictures

here :).

Camera M6TTL (0.58) is on the way (Got it from other forumer's here) and now my lens

choice. I'm eyeing on 35/2 cron and the 50/2 cron, what would be good option for me to

start? I appreciate any input for all forumers here and I can't wait for my new photography

journey with leica :)

alongside the stage? also is there any specific technique? or is it just the same as

Okay Guys my tax fund would be in possesion shortly and I'm planning to dip in $2000 for

my long time passion of leica M, so what can I get? a used M6 ttl with a lens maybe 35/1.4

lux? or just 35/2 cron? I try to look at KEH.com but seems they don't have any m6ttl in

stock so I dunno what is the market value nowdays and eBay sometimes just don't really

have any standard on used price. Some people just bid high and put the price well above,

anyway Can't wait for my adventure with "M" and thanks for any infos! Btw anyone selling

their beloved M6? email me pleaseeeeeee...:)
