  1. James B - 'Never heard of a Milvus lends but it sure delivered the dogwood. 'Very nice. The clear detail in the fron w/ horizontal & vertical layers receding. Erko - 'Love the cellist shot you got more than most of us w/ 35mm. Its lovely. Bill B - Wow. 'shadow play' - most impressive. 'Can almost smell the plant. Rick the clarity, clean, sharp is disgusting as usual (the voice of jealousy!) 'Clouds on the Jag is super. Cormorants are nice, Tony. LMar - Bicycle seat is wonderfully composed - well done. Wonderful work, Gents.

    Love at first sight

    Great timing, Pierre. Delightful.
  3. Nice composition but the sumptuous tones make it pop for me. Nicely done.
  4. Rick - lovely as usual. Luck? Your small format work is consistently super. 'Wish I could do that consistently. Tony L. was amazing that way. Ross - that Mami is really giving the joy. 'Nice composition & wonderful execution. Darin - you're not alone - getting the hang of the Super Ikonta. I've prob. lost at least one fram/rl w/ mine. But it renders like nothing else I own. Don't be surprised if it surprises you on a fairly regular basis. :)
  5. D Don, I'm not sure what the inscription says. The Mrs. says the language is Dutch. I noted that there's a date range - like it was made for an event w/ a finite duration or used by a person. The end date is not filled in, I've seen husband/wife tombstone markers like this.
  6. One I didn't ruin from the one non-rainy day this last wk.
  7. from the WWI footlocker of my wife's grandfather
  8. Hand painted & gold leaved in 1915 by my wife's grandmother. 500cm/80/8mm tube FP4/PyroHD
  9. 500cm/80/32mm tube f16, 1m21s 2cyl air motor machined in miniature by my father in law. 2" tall.
  10. James B. - your fog rising shot is superb. 'Clarity, tones - just sumptuous. Bill B - 'Finisher' 'very cute. Tony E - Pyro 'til you pop! Low tide is particularly good w/ the range, tones in the water & seeing below the water. Very handsome. Erko - Falls of Ohio - very sweet - nice composition well done. Music Store - overexposed or not, the detail in the oak is wonderful. Rick vN - okay, a little soft, but a fine composition - mostly from the expression. Bertliang - that barn shot is killer. Bravo! Rick - as usual, the clarity & tones are wonderful. 'Haven't tried any pyro excep 'HD'. 'Just now found dilutions/time/temp for Panf, so I'm trying one more roll before going back to FP4 as a main roll. Ross - I'll bet you're happy w/' the Mami now. 'Ghost town & the trike shots show it'll sure deliver. DW - 'love the composition. 'Sorry for the site frustration. I've posted 2 threads - asking about what code executes (other than counting) when a 'like' button is clicked. 'Don't know if its still the case, but doing so in Facebook used to expose your address book - which is not cool. So I'm staying away from that button.
  11. Steam Pump Detail Belmont Firehouse Museum Portland, OR
  12. RossB - each image is seriously good - bravo. The cemetery shot is super. Nice work. Brucez - 'THAT's threading the exposure needle in the boardwalk shot. 'Hope to see more of your work.
