1. Bit of a mish mash from me this week. All with rx100 m1

2. When i want to transfer photos from my iphone to my macbook air i use image capture app. I would have thought it would also work with the ipad mini. It should also let you copy files to your external storage.
3. Hopefully I can master PN posting rules
4. I've not seen this thread before. iphone 5

5. If you have a photo bag can't you put your valuables in that?
6. As such the lawsuit can now serve as precedence for people who insist on being removed from websites like this.
Is that correct. I thought the lawsuit only dealt with search result, the pages themselves remain.
Edit: cross posted with Jeff. Also I think the lawsuit only applies to the EU. Results removed from google.co.uk, say, might be visible in google.com
7. About a month ago I posted a question about viewing DNG files in OSX's finder-see here for more info http://www.photo.net/digital-darkroom-forum/00coyI I've just found out why. When I run DNG Converter, I always reduce the size of the file and it is this operation that prevents finder fron being able to read the file. Didn't happen on Windows 7 Regards, Norman PS I'm running the latest versions of all s'ware.
8. I've already emptied the trash and it is too big to download again. Not being able to view DNGs in Finder is not a show stopper as I use LR for pretty much everything to do with photos. I'll try viewing the thumbs on a mac with iphoto installed mainly out of curiosity. Thanks for your help.
9. I can't view the thumbs of the dng file I created on the mac today. I'm on the road today but I'll try viewing the dng thumbs when I get to the next apple shop. Thanks for your help.
10. I am running the latest version of Apple's Raw software and I've created a new DNG file using Adobe's DNG converter but still no luck. Do you think it could be due to the fact I deleted iphoto from my mac?
11. Yes, that's correct, I can't see the thumbnails, all I can see is a standard graphic representation of an unknown file with the letters dng. I have updated to the latest apple raw software. When I right-click on the dng file and click open, the os launches dng converter. Open with… launches preview but that program can't read the file.
