    Thank you Evarist - Two to three year old boys are my most difficult subjects so I was very pleased with this one. Getting them to look directly into my camera is a feat in itself.

    Very good lighting and composition - I would however loose the apple or whatever that is or at least take the coloring out of it. It distracts from an already lovely image.

    Thanks Jim - This is one of my new favorites due to the coloring and his little smirk. For a three month old he did amazing since most hate being on their bellies at this age. As for your quote, since it is a passion the money hasn't been a necessity to me. I am just happy to be doing something that I love:)

    This is a very nice portrait. I would recommend cropping up from the bottom so the bike is no longer in the photo as it is a little distracting.

    Thanks Jim for your comments - This is the hardest age for me to photograph due to their "bobble heads" so I try to find poses and props that help suppport their heads while still looking as natural as possible.

    Thank you Ruud and Carol - I appreciate you taking the time to comment. This precious little girl has been battling Leukemia for over a year. I have been given the privilige to have photograph her before her diagnosis, during her harder treatments and hair loss, and now as she is on the recovery and the home stretch. She is the same age as my youngest son so she will always have a special place in my heart as I watch her grow older along side Nicholas. I know it could have easily been my son versus her so she reminds me how fortunate I am. When I have a bad day and I am going through my website, a picture of Reagan will immediately put things in perspective for me. I love my job and the people it has brought into my life - especially the beautiful children.

    Thanks Janis - She was an active one so I am very pleased to have captured this. I think it was after she fell when twirling around. Gotta love two year olds:)

    I have photographed Abby since she was 6 months old and from day one she would always surprise me with her expressions. This one is no exception. I give her very little direction and just watch her go. Top Model better watch out.

    Thank you Kevin and Jorg - He is just a few weeks old and was a joy to photograph. His parents were so proud of him. I love photographing babies under one month old.

    Beautiful baby and awesome catchlights. Her eyes just sparkle which I always love and try to achieve. I would loosen the crop a little more on the bottom of the image - maybe to just below her neckline of the dress.
