132 on 3rd attempt

"Slightly grey" doesnt sound right. It should be near to clear perhaps with a little precipitate.
My ID-11 only goes greay after i've developed 10 rolls through 1L.

I'm not an expert on colour films, but a green neg and then red once scanned sounds like an E6 film being x-processed. Perhaps.

Hmm, ineteresting, but it lacks that "Leica Glow" :P

CAPTURE NX
in Nikon
Guys, are you sure?
I have the Sempron64 3200+ with 2 gigs of RAM and 320GB of HD space and i find NX to be one hell of a package. I have tried almost all RAW converters (except Bibble) and find NX to be a great improvement upon the previous vesion. It runs quick enough for my tastes (except d-lighting). The control points idea is genius and actually works.
If there is one thing i find annoying it is that the browser is a little limited. I cannot get a enlarge preview, just thumbnails.

I use a bag for all of my cameras except my fed with collapsible 50mm lens.
However, nothing fancy, just a crappy courier-type bag which now has lots of holes which led to me losing my green hoya and bronica lens cap. It also has lots of burn holes from my motorbike exhaust which led to my Cokin P adaptor and cap to join itself by heat welding. Need to get round and cut it apart. Thankfully my ETRS was untouched.
A proper camera bag to me screams "expensive camera is in here so please steal!"

Wang, dont get wound up. There should be a warning before you post anything to the leica forum "before posting, ensure you are wearing your thick-skin" or "prepare for a roasting"

Thanks Ben, normally i'm not that "walky" when im out taking pics on the street, but in Prague i just went "touristy" and lived with it. Plus, the beer helped too :)
Now i want to get my negs put through a decent scanner, but until then im going to have to go to the darkroom

I too loved Prague. Went ther over easter for 4days with a few friends. Absolutely topnotch food and beer (3course meal, including pheasant, and a beer cost just over 3GBP in one place).
Just the vastness of things to see in such a small town (im not including the bits out of the main bit as it just appears to be your typical eastern bloc lookalike) is unbelievable. I definetly want to go back again.
Here are 2 links to the shots i took in Prague, personally i prefer my black and white shots

I have it and its ok up to ~200mm, then it just falls apart (image). Its slow and has slow autofocusing.
I use it in bright sunlight and for climbing as i dont give half a t**s if i drop it or smash it against the rocks. Surprisingly sturdy, has many scratches/gouges all over it (can't say the same about 28-100, dropped it and then rear element section went all over the place and the focusing made a nice grinding noise. Now i have excuse to not use it so that i don't take turd images)

Ronaldo is one f***ing annoying diver

Could it be that you have not set the black point correctly?
I have noticed this when i scan with vuescan. If there is no data in that area on the neg all its going to do is amplify the "nothingness" and create lots of noise. I just clip the black point until it looks nice again

I wonder how old this news is

Hmm, the white background makes it look too dark. I work with a black background in PS

Capture NX vs. MBP?
in Nikon

Im getting confused about people complaining about the speed of NX. I find it's a huge improvement over v4 and is simple and effective.
Im using a sempron 3200+ with 2GB of RAM and have no problems with its speed. Either your standards are too high or you are using an antiquated setup
