Very nice composition and perspective from you being up high.

Laurie said it. This is not "man vs. nature", but "nature with man". Very original Giangiorgio.

...from your rose? Yikes, I'll just pretend to understand what you said you did. Anyway, what an unbelievable trans and a great image!
-
Cool - kinda "Tron"like. Yeah, please share.

Nice! I hope you got your moneys worth and have a bunch more to post. Nice simple comp. It's good that you now have the opportunity to do adventures like this. Keep 'em coming...

Kim, do you remember that famous cat photo from the '70s "Hang in there baby"? This is sooooo much better. You could probably do very well with this image. Build an industry around it! Very well done.

"Maestro" - the bird and you!

Wow, "The Exorcist". Nice one Hung.

Interesting. As opposed to Mark, I would have opted for removing the cut-off bottom flower. Oh well. I do like this one Kim - variations on a theme of wild-and-crazy-flower...

Kim, "Dollie" needs a dress... bwuuuuaaaahahahaha... :-)

The "arms" appear to be extruded aluminum or metal. Very interesting Kim!

Thanks - would like to try this sometime myself if I get the opportunity...

There ya go! Gotta say this is probably the most unique night heron image I've seen. Was autofocus fast enough with this combo or did you use manual?

David, excellent as usual from you. Were you tracking these or were you pre-focused somehow on a favorite spot of theirs? I'd like to hear - it is so sharp and the details are awesome.

I saw this yesterday at work on a bad monitor. Now that I see it at home I have to upgrade my "too cool" to "WAY TOO COOL!". I love this image. So you did it with the "crappy" flash, huh? Well, I will say that the effect is marvelous.
Did I say that I really like this?...
P.S. I would be interested in hearing some tech details on this - lens, shutter, flash power, etc, if you wouldn't mind.

These are great. You sure get some unique images with those lit up eyes that you do so well. Too cool!

View from Mt. Washington - so sharp. I hope the 18-70 is gonna be nice and sharp like this.

Wow, I think this came out really nice. What was the shutter speed if you don't mind. I'd like to try this...
