  1. ive gotten those errors mostly when editing posts. sometimes i would re edit the same post a few times n thats when it pops up. since the updated software, their clocks have been screwed up. that 15 minute limit for edits generally times out in 7 minutes. for some reason the software is loosing track of the time variables. if you re edit the same post several times, the time limit is erratic n says you have 12 min, then on the next edit it says 3 min... then 8. n back to 11.... etc etc. then there are times when ill get those errors each time i post my changes. so im almost sure this time error is a remnant of the screwed up clock tracking. but no one seems to give a crap n ignored my reminders since day one because no one else has posted a similar complaint.
  2. i just got the same lens today. its gorgeous! the only thing im not happy about is having to mount the rear cell from the back of my wista. the standard's hole is slightly too small to get it through the front. i cant wait to shoot with it. love your example shot.
  3. I just bought a nice 90mm lens in a Pronto 0. Its missing the 32mm mounting nut. anyone have a spare in the junk box? this is the lens.... Large Format Photography Forum
  4. i feel the same as you, brands dont matter. its the final image that counts, even if it was done with an oatmeal box pinhole camera. nice portraits!
  5. hahahaha what a load. that guy must have a strong neck. id shoot my digital with my rb67 over my shoulder but it gets awfully heavy pretty fast.
  6. HAHAHA I have no idea what others see, including me. My 3 computers don't agree, my 2 tablets don't agree with each other nor with my computers, and forget looking at anything on my TV moitor. Ive tried to balance them to agree to some degree, but it seems to vary with the pictures. Also after taking the time to adjust the colors, my scanned B&Ws take on weird hues varying from sepia to greens. Then there is printing (I don't do much printing plus I send them out when I do)... balanced to print from one computer, doesn't mean if I edit the same picture on the other computers, the print will look the same. It doesn't. Also not all pictures edited on one computer agree with the prints I get back. too many variables at the lab? Another point a retoutcher told me... room lighting where you edit has an influence on the image colors when editing. He suggested I work in a low light situation so the color temp of the room light doesn't interfere. Too much trouble plus im not doing it for clients. so I leave it to fate n try to use one computer for all my pictures.... it just makes me wonder though; what do others see?
