I love how everything converges to a little above middle middle... but just as it's about to... it gracefully curves away.

The diagonal of the stairs has an interesting effect with the converging ~horizontal lines on the side of the building. the stairs lead you up to the left, and the cornice (or whatever you call that) leads you to the right, and you fall down to the lower left corner. pleanty to get on each pass. Nice work, I like that you kept the verticles verticle. ;)

Fun how the branch echoes the shapes on the horizon. Kind of like the coast lines of the continents do for each other. Also nice how the whisps from the trees lead you back down from the sky to the boats... it's a little more gray than I like, but that's probalby just 'cause I grew up in Seattle ;) Overall nice shot.

or hue shifted 180°
I don't particularly like the colors that IR give, without some modification. ;)
-
The tilt is a bit distracting... just fill it in with the rubber stamp? other than that, it's stunning... well actually even with that it's stunning. Just a thought ;)

Looks like Ice. What a moment!!! you make my wife miss her home. Nice shot!

Love the asymetry might have liked it better if it wasn't split 50/50 top and bottom. Although I'm enjoying it as is. Nice shot.

love this effect... nice to have the sharp rock juxtaposed to the blurred water ;)
-
I love it... it looks as though there's this amazingly fierce storm coming in... wonderful lighting.

For this one, I just made it B+W... I don't like the PINK that normal color IR stuff turns. however if you look at the other image in here, I manually white ballanced before shooting (with the IR filter on)... and was much more impressed with the resulting colors. I've also "rotated" the hue till the sky looks blue. VERY interesting effect that was. I'll try and post some more of those in here in a bit ;) oh and you would be amazed how much IR most digital cameras pick up. Most are very sensitive to IR.

Thanks, that's interesting... here's what I found about it ;)10 golden rules of lomography
1. take your LOMO everywhere you go
2. use it at any time - day & night
3. lomography is not an interference in your life, but a part of it
4. approach the objects of your lomographic desire as close as possible
5. don't think (William Firebrace)
6. be fast
7. you don't have to know beforehand what is captured on your film
8. you don't have to know it afterwards either
9. shoot from the hip
10.don't care about rules

the image looks like it's a little bit crooked. Her line of symmetry isn't in line with the pictures centerline, but it's close enough to make it seem accidental. I had posted an image before that illustrated what I meant, but on reflection thought maybe it'd be better not to mess around with this guys work... His stuff is amazing. and with that... I'll just say, this criticism is just a nit I had to pick. ;)

I like the concept a lot. The blurp of cream coming up from the cup is super. I'd love to see it with more modeling of the shape of the blurp... might help is the flash was further away (might need an asistant to help make the blurp ;). Good luck... nice idea.
on the other hand... I love the cropping on the right side. I think it seems odd because the saucer isn't grounded by a shadow or something.

It's almost like a hand that's held out with a ring on it.... and the moon is the pearl/stone.
-
I like it ;)

Nice ballance in the composition. The "curvature" of the earth ;) is kinda wierd, but I really like it. Sky color? now I ask you... is it real or enhanced? (either way, looks nice... maybe a little too reddish for me, but it works)
-
That's real color :) ok I'm kidding.... the ground was sillouhetted, and the sky was enhanced to my liking.... but in general it was this color. I will upload the original for comparison. you can tell me if it's better or worse ;)

Interesting perspective. I love the little car next to the bigger one...

You truely have a great eye! keep it up. I'll be watching your stuff... ;)
-
You are truely masterful with your compositions. NICE WORK... all of them
-
That's super. What great ambiance. Interesting compositon. Was this set up? or found? (my guess is that it's carefully aranged) Super cool!!!
-
Same comment... too bad about the over-exposure. Composition is really interesting here... again, nice use of wide angle in a portrait.
-
....actually most would say that, typically you shouldn't, but what an interesting effect. You've avoided the LARGE nose and nothing seams charicaturish. There's tons of movement to this photo, and the use of the wide angle is cool. I don't know if I'd like to see just a sliver of light on the shoulder to make him look less like a floating head, but that's a minor nit. Cool shot!!! Love the wide angle, gives it interest.

Lens flair is really distracting, and cuts right through the center of the image... divides it in two. I just can't figure out what I'm looking at. I like the contrast in the B+W, and the roof is really intriguing. I wonder if it would be easier for me if it was a little more exposed... to get more detail in the lower right corner. There just arent enough clues to tell me what this is.
