Not meaning to open Pandoras box, but, please define x-rated. Where do we draw the line between "artistic nudes" and x-rated images? I agree there are questionable images on this site and I do not mean to dismiss your concerns. Some are in poor taste, exibicionist, porn like... but where is that line drawn and by whom?

Nice image and lighting. the crop not relevant. The only thing that caught my attention was the hair line on cropped image, it seems unnatural more like a smudge. I feel that just a slight diminish of mole as you have done but leave hairline as is. Just my observation.

I find your documentary intriguing and provocative. Photographically, thought provoking and expressive. Well done my friend. Keep up the good work on all fronts, the best to you. And with all due respect to Mr Herbert, you said, Documentary photography as a form of storytelling is very much based on the real world. Our mortality indeed is real and we must all choreograph our dance, it’s part of the real world. Greetings Ricochetrider, thank you. My older mf/lf work sits in storage at my kids homes, the gear and all dark room, film chems.... I donated to a schools photo cub. I know, but it felt good. Just in the past few years back to it, only digital now. You see we have spent the past 12 years cruising on a 56ft ketch... Covid came and we stayed at the last port we were. Living on land for about a year now. You say, must be lots of images... truth be told very few. Always found it intrusive and insensitive to have a camera aimed and expect to experience and enjoy as you immerse in the cultures and customs... Strange it is but the experiences, people and cultures we have come to know and shared with are priceless.

With all due respect, you are still here... can't be that bad...🙈🙉🙊😉
