On my monitor, the reflection looks like it is rather well balanced on both sides. Besides, I did not use any ND filters to take this photograph as I did not have the correct ND filter with me. Thanks for your comment...Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

The steam rising of the lake is a pretty common phenomena in cold tempratures, when the water is warmer then the air. To get a silver streak like this, you need a dark background and side lite or back lite to light up the steam. In case of this photograph, the lighting was coming from the right side. Thanks for your comments.

Very creative abstract. I like the colors in the wings.
-
Very nice colors in the sky. The highlights and the shadows are very well controlled.

Yeah...but Rainy day makes for the best photos. Nice exposure on this one.

Excellent work here. The dynamic range and execution of this photograph is outstanding. Like Walter said, about ratings on photo.net are meaningless and penalizes anyone who becomes popular and/or outstanding photographs like this one.

As always breathtaking...Good to have you back Vincent!! The colors and exposure is perfect. My only suggestion would have been to included the top of the fountain. Perhaps it was not possible, but either way this is superb.

I took some shots last night near Rock-n-Roll Hall of fame...the light was fabulous.
I totally agree with your comments on the site being borken. It is a shame.

This is a beautiful photograph. Well composed with excellent exposure and colors. My only suggestion would be to perhaps move close to the falls or zoom in an tilt the camare up a little...but even that is nitpicking. :-))

WOW!! Walter this one is superb!!! Where did you take this one? I have got to visit that location.

Beautiful framing. This is a very original image.

Thanks for pointing that out. I do have magical power that can sometimes move National Parks. LOL!

Almost all of these beams start to shine down around Noon...You have to be quick to photograph them. Most of the time I have more trouble with the crowd then the light beams.

Wonderful colors and light...and well presented as well. This is something you would readily find in a barn in my "Americana" photo. Good job.

Excellent exposure balance as always. Did you try some color correction is shadows? Seem like the "highlights" in the shadows have a slight blue cast to it. It is not too bad, but I was just wondering what we can get with different color balance.

This is better then a reality show...LOL! I think you do absolutely fabulos work Vincent, but rather then posting images I would rather be reading this post. HehE!!
And Ken, I am with you every good comment from now will cost $3...Few long threads like this and I can retire. LOL!!
Walt, Dave, Rick, Ken, Knicki....You guys are what makes the photo.net community. It is clear that photo.net ratings policies at late make victims out of high quality photographer like Vincent. I have not given up posting images on PN, but have mostly given rating photographs and submitting photo for critiques. PN now serves as just a personal gallery for me.

Very nice series...This one looks like a painting. Well done.

To catch 3 rays, not only is time of day important, but also the month. Not only, was I lucky to find such a large stretch of tunnel empty, but also be there at right time of the year (mid May).

LOL...I love the title. Good soft lighting as well.
-
This is a creative abstract...I would like to explore this more.

Very artistic Bolti. My only suggestion is to clone out (or crop out) the distraction on the top part of the image.
-
I like the fact that you choose to use the backlite light for this photograph. Well done.

Awesome....Very creative

Thanks for the comment. This photo was take from higher up with in relation to the pool. This more then anything else is responsible for the reflection and the shape of the pool. Had I walked up to the pool the reflection would have been only at the far end of the pool, the green plains would cover "lesser" area of the photograph due to it being flat and there would have been more sky. included in the image. I have attached a wide angle view to see how the pool flattens out. Hope this explains the shape of the pool.
As, I wanted to include the Grand Teton Peak in the photos, there was not much I could do about its orientation.

It is pretty plain to see that asthetically, this photograph is superbly executed. The highlights, shadows, colors and exposure are excellent. The dominant object (the fountain) placed using the rule of the thirds make for an eye catching composition.
