Tony, A beautiful peace of artwork. Excellent composition. The trees on a plain background make a strong statement. Expressive and emotional. I believe that beauty is always in simplicity. IMO, it is properly exposed. The snow is somewhere in the zone 7 1/2. If it was exposed by 2/3 of a stop less (as suggested in one of the comments), the snow would be too dark and gray, the contrast between the dark tree trunks and the background would be too low, and the result would be a boring gray image.
