  1. Our uploader does not change the orientation so if it is saved as landscape on your end, we upload as landscape - so orientation would need to be adjusted and then uploaded again. In terms of using Private Client Galleries - (apologies for asking but I have to) did you upload using the appropriate upload link. Feel free to DM me so we can walk through your issue together.

  3. Hi Hi Jack - so sorry to hear your comment didn't post. There was not a character limit or a time limit in the requirements so I do not believe that is what the issue is. I will add this to the list and see if we can recreate the issue so they can track it down.
  4. Hello - we'll get your account approved!
  5. Hey Guys - Tony reset it so the uploader is working again.

  7. I miss you to Gordo we had some fun didn't we. I pinged the tech crew on this issue with the expectation he can fix it for you all - hopefully soon. CreativeLive will treat you well folks - not quite sure how they like being called wankers...but time will tell. IMHO they are good people.
  8. Short answer is no, nude photography will be covered by the NSFW curtain for those not registered. They can be viewed by those that opt-in to see them once registered. Natural next question is...why?? - and the answer is that this site is funded by advertising and advertisers require brand safe environments to show their ads, but also - there is a segment of the photographer population that prefers not to see nudes automatically and prefer to opt in or opt out of seeing them. I know its not the answer you wanted, but it is what the principals of the site decided to do years ago to comply with advertisers as well as address concerns of those not interested in seeing nude photography.
  9. Thank you. Was able to recreate the issue in Update Image - will add it to the list for tech to review.
  10. Hi Doug - apologies for missing your post, however many if not all posts are acknowledged by either myself or tech support. Truth is if the issue reported can not be immediately recreated in Chrome, Firefox and Safari across desktop, mobile and tablet it is pushed down the list for further investigation as time allows but those 3 browsers account for 97% of our traffic.
  11. I have asked tech to look into this.
  12. DevOps addressed - apologies for the inconvenience.
  13. I agree. This is getting old. Not sure why the monitoring isn't setting off alarms as it should. I was logged in yesterday morning and it was fine, usually alarms go off when issues arise - didn't happen for me this time. Will find out more shortly.
  14. all legacy @photo.net email addresses are just forwarding aliases and are for subscribers of v1 (as we no longer offer it with new subscriptions). In reality, there is no hack to be had there as there is no email service provided by us other than forwarding.
  15. Hello Folks - just checked server error logs and looks like we have an SSO issue after our most recent release today. The guys are looking into it. But if you are getting this error - we're on it. ErrorException: Undefined index: userStatus
  16. should be available to remove unwanted profile comments now in member center
  17. to remove favorites all you need to do is go to the photo and click the favorite button again (+ or -) or photographers same thing. Let me know if you have any issues.
