I love seeing the intense glow of the cactus plants in the foreground in combination with the softer more diffuse glow of evening sunlight shining thru the dust/ mist in the background....I would love to order a print! :)

I was in my bedroom sorting books on a book shelf..I heard sounds

coming from under the blanket on my bed..I saw Simon sound asleep

with his nose peeping out from under the blanket...I was able to get

away with taking this picture without waking him up :)

I love this photo..I live in Texas...This shot reminds me of how my doggies acted a few years ago when we had a snowstorm.. My backyard was a snowy playground for them to have fun in, and they loved it!!! Their snowy playground lasted 6 hours before it melted, lol :)

Soo cute!! I posted  a similar photo (sleeping doggie) in the last few minutes, lol..

This kitty seems so unaware of pics being taken of him..

My doggies don't let much more than a few seconds go by before they let me know that they know I have my camera  in hand and that I must bribe them before I can get good pics of them, lol :)

I love this photo!! Reminds me of my hometown!.....Sometimes I like to get up early, take my cup of coffee with me, and make the 10 minute drive to my favorite pier..Once I am there I like to take photos and walk around for a while  until I sort out in my mind what I want to do for the day :)

I stayed over night at this place before Hurricane Ike..I am sad to see that

it will be demolished in favor of a boardwalk type attraction..I enjoyed

staying in one of the 3 rd floor rooms that had a balcony view of the

ocean..
