1.
Gorgeous colours, Sadanand! My shots this week are from different areas of my back yard. The first shot is of the fence line after some rain.

 2.
You do have some lovely looking fungus there Laura! Fabulous images this week everyone. I went looking for the dragonfly that I have seen a few times in my back yard among the overgrown grasses and found this wasp instead.

 3.
Oops, meant to also say how much I like your shots David, especially the third one - nice mood and colours.

 4.
Wow, great shots so far - John, I'm curious, what sort of an adapter do you need to fit that old lens to the M5? I have seen others using an old lens too, so I'm fascinated :) Anyway, my shots this week are of a couple of small snail shells I found in the back yard.

 5. Red battery charger after I played with it in Photoshop

 6.
Thanks Rick and John!

 7.
After some rain...

 8.
A sad story indeed, Sanford! John those dolls heads are delightfully creepy. Just a couple of shots from my garden this week.

 9.
Very interesting post this morning Laura! I think we, as photographers, do a lot of exploring. I have quite a big back yard which I explore every few days. Recently I found an egg sack which turned out to be from a praying mantis.

 10.
BTW, Louis that lens sounds very much the 25mm Oly lens I have - light, small, very sharp and versatile. I got it because I had been hankering for a 50mm equiv lens - probably due to the fact I had one on each of for my film camera's and wanted the same in digital.

 11.
Last shot is from the other end of the park where the bike path runs under a rail bridge.

 12.
Second shot is of the view of the creek from one of new bridges.

 13.
This week I went to a park with a friend of mine. He used to play there as a child, and spent many happy hours there with his friends, swimming in the creek etc. He was amazed how changed it all was. Now there are 'structured' play areas, bike paths, even a section with a mock road and signs so the kiddie can learn bike safety and such. The creek itself has seen better days, it is full of junk and rubbish, especially due to the recent flash floods we had. We found the spot where he and his friends used to swim, and it had a goalie net from the sporting field in it, as well as a ton of junk, plastic bottles and the like, although there were signs kids were still using it. This gave the idea for the first shot, a sort of homage to memories of childhood I guess.

 14.
I had this issue last year when I re-subscribed - apparently you are supposed to get a link and code via email. Mine didn't turn up and some time later Glen Palm started a thread asking PN subscribers who had not received their PopPhoto subscriptions to contact him (he was aware there was a problem). So I did contact him and after some stuffing around managed to get exactly ONE issue before it all fell apart again. I gave it up at that point. Someone's good idea that just wasn't feasible. I have no idea about selling photos though, sorry!

 15.
David, I keep an image posting diary for the three forums I post to regularly, it works well, you just have to keep updating it with what you posted and when. Anyway, this week image is of a bean plant that is overrun with aphids...

 16.
At some point I put a glass ball in front of the set up to see what I could get...

 17.
Some rolled plastic gave a nice effect...

 18.
Really like those shots too, John! I was playing with cross-polarisation this week - here are a few images from that session.
