raw image aspect ratio
anthea50 replied to sallymack's topic in The Digital Darkroom: Process, Technique & Printing

ACR is Adobe Camera Raw. From Bridge, if you double click on a Raw image it will open up in a new dialog box allowing you to edit Raw images before opening them in Photoshop. You can also do some editing of jpeg's in ACR but you need to right click on the jpeg in Bridge and select Open In ACR to do it.
-

I use Perfect Effects and find it an excellent plug in, so I encourage everyone to check it out. You do get more presets when you buy it though.

Wow, 2 years, great job Laura and everyone! I found these bugs hanging around on some overgrown grass, they are quite small, and I had to take quite a dew shots before I got a decent image. For the life of me though, I can't identify the type, sorry.

abstracts Scooby strings, waterdrops & LED lights - two stands
anthea50 commented on anthea50's gallery image in Uncategorized
LOL Lannie, yes I guess it would be better if you could view it Large but to save disk space I resize all my images so they fit inline on the forums. I do know I can upload larger res images to my PN portfolio but then I'd either have to resize if I wanted to post on the forums or have two copies of different sizes.- 4 comments

Save your old vintage... ( anything making retro' revival' )
anthea50 replied to GerrySiegel's topic in No Words
Saw this working record player (and records) at a Graphic Design College where I was attending a photography workshop a few years ago. It was in the printing room where old school printing is taught. Apparently, its a popular course!

-

Wow, really excellent images this week everyone! I found these spider egg sacks while exploring my back yard.
