Good night shot. I can see that the child is illuminated by a flash which also creates the spooky shade of him. The orange environment light shows this photo is no accidental success since you have to deliberately use longer shutter speed than auto exposure settings would suggest to capture such rich and bright tones. The shade at the upper left corner is distracting and must be removed in my opinion. Otherwise very good photo. Congratulations.

Good one. Night photography is my favorite category and I can see that this photo is very well framed and exposed. I would like to see it with a parliament blue sky though. It would enhance the beauty by replacing the luminance contrast between black and yellow areas with a color contrast between blue and yellow. Thus it would increase the beauty of this photo tenfold in my opinion despite one would wrongfully conclude that there is not much room for improvement at this because technical aspects and framing is wonderful. Best regards.

    Red and Green

Beautiful and interesting. The dominant green tones create a nice color contrast with the red flower. The vignette direct the attention to the center and the angle of the grasses at the center direct my eye to the flower from there which is placed at a good position. A nice and original photo. I would love to learn about the technique you used for color and illumination. Best regards.

This is the best photo of the series in my opinion although I like http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=8170121 almost as much as this one. But as the user nicknamed Someone Else states in her comment; light on the glass, having the dramatic looking blue eyes of the cat matching the slight bluish tint of the vase with their colors and the overall balance at the framing makes this photo stronger. Wonderful. Congratulations.

Nice kitty and nice photo. The shadows of the persian blinds which are both on the carpet and the wall frame the bottom and left side of the photo with their lines while the darkness does the same for upper and right corners. The cats attention is at the upper section and having this area spacious is a good idea too. Overall a good photo. Striked my eye as a tad bit overexposed at first but I can see there is detail at carpet and walls which is a good but hard to archive thing at a harsh contrast shot such as this. Congratulations.

Good one. Her expression is charming. Having her face as the brightest part of the image directs attention to her in a powerful way which abundance of rich dark tones supports by creating a strong contrast together with this bright area. Good portrait with environment. Best regards.

Wonderful good photo. The light is very good and it has a rich warm color. I am pleased to see that you cared to get to the ground level and took the shot from there. It suits the scene in my opinion. Only thing that bugs me is the bright spot at the left-center of the bottom side. Otherwise perfect photo. Congratulations.

Good image. Regarding your question. No it is not blue. It is a tad bit magenta. Only a little. I made a foolproof white balance adjustment and read the CMYK color values from a gray area. It seems your camera exaggrated already magenta color of the sky very slightly. Normal camera behavior. The corrected one is more bluish infact. There is no one "correct" white balance at night shots. Magenta goes well with rich orange anyway.

The windmill is well placed in my opinion and I like the perspective of shovel-like part especially. General framing is adequate and spacious. The birds are too artificial for my taste and I disagree with the friends who says that this can be considered as a photo. Because the sharpness of birds defies the basic photographic principles. I use photoshop heavily in my photos and I have nothing against manipulation but this one should be called as "digital art" instead. It does not reduce the artistic value of the image in my belief. It is merely a matter of terminology but it raises a question about if this hybrid technique can be categorized into photography or it should be a seperate field. I vote for second option as a personal opinion since as I said this type of images defies basic principles of photography. Anyways good image. Congrats.

As Raymond Borg states lines are curves are nice indeed. Very nice scene but my eyes search for a person at the lower stairs. This is a good photo but it is incomplate in my opinion. Best regards.

Wonderfully charming expression. She is lovely. The whitish blur at the upper right corner is distracting in my opinion. Otherwise very good. Congrats.

A wonderful reflection indeed. The overall silver tones and low saturation of trees would go better with a colorful boat which would be best positioned according to the rule of thirds in my opinion. Otherwise good one. Best regards.

Good photo. The monochoromatic use of blue tones gives the otherwise cluttery and chaotic forest of skycrapes a more background support role and increases the visual punch of the boat. I am curious if the boat is illuminated by a local breakthrough of sunrays or if it is added later. Nevertheless its position and contrast adds to this photo. I rarely see a photo of skycrapes this much foggy and still very good. Best regards.

Wonderful. Shadows of persian blinds are popular in nude photograhy but this is the most original application I have seen to this day. Hips are framed very well too. Congratulations.

Beautiful image. The small branches of the plant are complimenting the background texture since both are horizontal. This effect makes this one stand above similar ones. Outlines created by backlit light is very nice too. Congrats.

  1. Very good portrait. Warm tones of her scarf compliments the blue tint, which is a cold color, of her face by creating color contrast. Her expression is good and framing is nice. The bright tiny spot at the left eye needs to removed in my opinion. The blurry scarfs ot the other woman look good especially the one which is at the rightmost side. It looks like she turned back and looked at you when you were taking the photo and variations of tones which are created by her face is good. I agree to the others about the bright circular spot at the right side of her being little bit distracting. Maybe it should burned a little bit. Anyways, very nice portrait. Congrats.
