Many digital shooters go to the lab I go to. They get enlargements Some are commercial shooters and the lab gets them better results than doing it themselves. The ones who don't go to labs , that I know of, use their photos for the web/social media..

Then take your film and memory cards to a competant lab and you should be fine. Instant gratification is a tad over rated. Our fast food society.

I knew a place in NJ that did it but they stopped due to the decline of customers bringing it in.

I don't miss the war. Too each their own. I think we need to stop comparing what someone shoots with and just let it be. You shoot with what fills your needs. Always film for me. I like the look and probably would not be happy shooting digital for that reason. I shoot for artistic purposes and exhibit my work so I do care what each photo looks like. The lab I go to knows not to color correct my photos.

I just tried Freecycle. You have to install/download software to use their website. Why is that? Is it safe?

I think they look interesting. Enlarge them in an actual print and see how they look. Maybe exhibit them in art shows.

I have done that as well and the results were good. They develop it at box speed .

Hello. I have short term memory loss . I was at goodwill today. I saw a medium format film camera, with the word pro in the name but cannot remember it for the life of me. I had a roll of 120 film , in my car, and it fit perfectly in the camera. I had some issues with the camera, such as I could not get it to close properly, after putting the film in. And it seemed bent on the top. It is what you would consider a vintage camera. I tried looking up the different combinations of the name on google images but nothing came up. I would like to try and find another of the same camera, if i can only remember the name. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

It depends what you are using it for. I use fresh and expired film.
