<p>I've used my 50mm 1.8g on my F100 as it is compatible with the F100 but I don't use the F100 as often as I should.</p>

<p>Could be an idea Ilkka to try a new focusing screen, I did try the DF in Rajalacamera with the kit 50mm but I could not alway achieve accurate manual focus with it. It seem to be a little off it looked sharp in the viewfinder but I aways got a sharper shot using the AF. I went with the Sony A7 as a manual focus camera for my AIS nikons and my LTM lenses. I'm not sure about the EVF still, it is better than my X100 EVF and the XE-1 that I don't have any more. I do wonder if a DF with a different screen could be right for me but the DF is a little pricy for what it is and some how it felt more uncomfortable to hold than the A7 even though the DF is larger. A D800 type body with a better viewfinder would be great for me also.</p>

<p>I would expect that Nikon would likely release a D300 update if Canon release a 7D update. The D7100 is pretty close and with a larger buffer, higher fps and bigger body it would be pretty much there.<br> Still not too sure about mirror less though. I've had few mirror less camera but I still just don't know. I'm not too keen on EVF although Sony A7 is best so far I've tried. I want a manual focus Nikon DSLR with a huge viewfinder that bright and easy to focus. I don't need retro dials or AF like the Df just a modern D800 body with a bigger brighter better viewfinder that is optimized for manual focus.</p> <p> </p>

<p>I still make prints but I either print myself or send them to a lab via internet using the labs own upload software. I actual prefer to print my own but for vacation snaps I send to a lab. I like those digital books too.</p>

<p>I'm quite happy with the ISO 6400 of my D800. I can get reasonable DOF and shutter speed.</p> <p> </p><div></div>

<p>I'ved used an SB28 with my DLSRs for years in manual mode. Finally last year I got an SB900. Not used it much but I wanted the of camera remote flash functions.</p>
