1. I think I would go with this one Alf for the reasons I have already explained on the one with the reeds (even though I prefer the other warm coloring).
 2. Thank you Sharan, very happy that you liked the picture. Tony, thanks for your visit and your time to express your thoughts. I usually don't want to comment on my photos, especially when there's no title attached to the image. A title always helps the viewer to understand what the photographer had in mind taking tha shot. But it also directs the viewer to a specific subject which means it doesn't leave roon to imagine and conclude your own opinion. Anyhow there are plus and minuses in this case. I made the above introduction just to let you know that for me most important is what YOU think about it. Your feelings, your doubts, your thoughts, your syllogism, your conclusions. The most important is not if you liked it or not. For me the most important is if the picture made you think, if it brought a smile on your face or you felt sad or melancholic. Thoughts and feeling is what I aim for. If I succeed, I feel I have something accomplished with my try. Since this photo is fresh to the critique forum and I do not want to direct any viewer's opinion by expressing my feelings, I would like to ask you to give me a day or two before I express what I had in mind. Thank you! Cheers!
 3.
Lil Judd:Lovely shot of Cinderela's lost shoe, works very fine in BW.
Tony Hadley: Simply wonderful Tony!
John Eckman: Nice little helper!
Norbert Wabnig: Very good street photo. I Like the way this gentleman "tilts" to the right, nicely seen and comosed for that matter, and the sparkle of flame between the fingers.

 4.
Hello Nikon friends! I wish everything is fine with you! Love your shots, thanks for sharing them! Cheers!

 5. Another very good implementation of a wonderful subject of mine- old houses. The dark clouds make a very good contrast to the little coloring in the front but generally speaking it's rather a melancholic picture of abandoned stories. Great Petro! Cheers!
 6. Great shots Jorge! Colorful and full of life! Cheers!
 7. Looks like a scene from a futuristic movie Jorge! Very good! Cheers!
 8. My dear friend I think both photos have their advantages. Personally I would go with the b/w photo. It is a very good street shot and I fully share your sentiments, take care!
 9. Please do not see my remark as a criticism. Not even as remark that would improve your photo. Your version shines and I loved it. Just wondering to see a full face portrait of this very interesting man that made me smile and remember my youth holding the cover of the Jethro Tull album and imagine figures like him....perhaps one day I will be lucky to meet such a guy with an expression and poetic look like yours that would make my day...Cheers!

 14. Sun streaking cold an old man wandering lonely. Taking time the only way he knows. Leg hurting bad, as he bends to pick a dog-end he goes down to the bog and warms his feet.... Aqualung my friend.... (I would like to see the top of his head in the picture) Cheers John!
