Very recently my wife and I visited a traditional Greek Tsipouradiko. Tsipouradiko is a restaurant (usually of small size) that serves tiny bottles of tsipouro (the Greek grappa) with tiny plates of meze (the Greek tapas). Each bottle gives you 2 to 2,5 shot glasses and each plate gives you about 5 to 7 bites. Every time you place your order for a round of tsipouro, the waiter will bring you a bottle per person and a plate of meze for every two bottles. One can order additional mezedes (that’s the plural of meze). All you need is an appetite and "good stomach" if you intend to have several rounds of tsipouro :)
We really liked the decoration, and since it was early and not many people were there I took some shots. Thought I would share them with you! Cheers!
