1.
Dear friends, hi to all.
I own a true mint Minolta SR-T 303b (SR-T 202 in USA) with a Rokkor MC 50/1,7.
What is the inner bayonet mount diameter of the Minolta MF cameras? I know only the register of the Minolta MF cameras, aka the distance from bayonet flange to focal plane, that is 43,50 mm.
Is possible make a lens adapter, without inner glass elemet and with maintenance of the infinity focus distance capability, to mount Canon FD, Nikkor AI or Pentax K lensens on the Minolta MF cameras?
Thanks to all.
Vincenzo Maielli - Italy

  2.
Dear friends, recently i bought a new Velbon Ultra REXi L legs, that meet all my needs without the absurd and ridicolous overinflated price of the Gitzo Traveller 1541T: the Gitzo is a very good travel tripod, instead, but in Italy cost 600 €. while the Ultra REXi L cost 150 €.
I will use the Ultra REXi L with a Cullmann 904 ballhead.
Ciao.
3.
I own both Fujica ST801 and Mamiya Sekor MSX 1000 M42 cameras, both equipped with the full aperture TTL metering system. Recently, i have mounted the Mamiya Sekor SX 55/1.8 standard lens on the Fujica ST801 and the lens was locked in the same way as on the Mamiya Sekor MSX 1000. Also the full aperture TTL metering seem working...
What is your opinion about this Fujica ST801/ Mamiya Sekor SX 55/1.8 combo?
Is reliable or no, in the full aperture metering?
Can i have mechanical troubles or damages?
4.
Bob and Craig, excuse me, you are right, indeed: now I finally understood your words. I too have been developing all my BW films without any system to control the temperature, in the last 30 years, always without encountering any problems. Now, however, since there is a cheap way to control the temperature more precisely, i want to use this system, just to try something new.
Ciao.

  5.
Dear Bob, the indicated range, from 68°F/20°C to 89°F/32°C, is the total range allowed by the tool, for employing in the aquarium. I need to use a range of temperature lies between 68°F/20°C for Ilford FP4 Plus and HP5 Plus developed in Agfa Rodinal or Ornano Gradual ST-20 (a very excellent italian developer) and 75°F/24°C for Kodak T-Max 100 and 400 developed in Kodak T-Max, Kodak X-Tol or Ornano MX.
Ciao.

  6.
In order to control the temperature of the water and chemicals, i think to use a summersible temperature controller for the aquariums (16 euros against the comparable summersible Nova Protronic temperature controller, that cost 70 euros). I think to fill a large bucket (12 litres of capacity) and fit, in the bucket, the aquarium temperature controller, by the suckers provided with the same temperature controller tool.
What do you think about this solution? Believe you that will work? Thanks in advance.
7.
The Leica M4 have a slightly more fast film introduction system, whit a fixed spool, thought i prefer the M3/M2 removable spool, because i find this system more simple. The frame system, in the VF/RF of the M4, allow the use of 35, 50, 90 and 135 mm lenses, while the frame system, in the VF/RF of the M2, allow the use of 35, 50 and 90 mm lenses; instead, the frame system of the M3 allow the use of 50, 90 and 135 mm. To use the 35 mm with the M3, you need particular goggled Summaron and Summicron 35 (or an external finder with a normal 35 mm lenses). The magnification of the VF/RF of the Leica M2 and M4 are 0.72x while in the VF/RF of the Leica M3 is 0.91x. I own the M3, M2 and M4. The construction quality is at the same level in all these cameras. The Leica M3, in my opinion, have the best VF/RF and work very well with goggled 35 mm, Summaron or Summicron. Between M2 and M4, in order to VF/RF, i prefer the M2.
8.
I know that in the past was made the Leitz or Agfa Rondinax 35 U or 60, respectively to develop 35 mm or 120/220 BW films. The main feature of the Rondinax system was that the introduction of the film into the reel was made entirely in daylight. Exist, now, a similar system actually produced in the market?
9. I have used several handheld meters in the past (Sekonic L328F and Minolta Autometer IVF, both with the proper 5° spot finder) while now i own a Gossen Starlite. This is a very excellent device, with very high accuracy. The battery, one AA 1,5 volt alkaline element, last very long.

  10. Hi to all.

I own a Canonet G-III QL 17. I know that when i mount a manual flash on the hot shoe and i select the proper NG on

the apertures ring, the correct aperture is automatically selected on the grounds of the focus distance measured by

    RF.

This method work also with the manual flash linked by cord at the PC socket?

This method work only with the head flash in straight position or, also, in bounce flash?

    Sorry for my bad english.

    Thanks to all.

    Ciao.

  11.
The Leica M cameras accept the M39 screwmount lenses, with many adapter rings (original Leica M, Voigtlander/Cosina, Marumi or chinese). These lens adapter rings mantain both rangefinder operation and the infinity focusing capability.
The Leica M cameras, also, accept the M42 screwmount lenses, with proper adapter rings, but this feature is good only for the wideangle lenses, because remain the infinity focus capability but lack the rangefinder operation.
12.
I want buy a Domke F1-X Little Big Bigger, the bigger shoulder bag that i can carry on the Ryanair

planes as hand baggage (that accept the hand baggage until 55 x 40 x 20 cm). I can't decide for canvas or

ballistic nylon: what are the pros and cons of the

    canvas and ballistic nylon?
Thanks to all in advance.
Ciao
