nicely done! the light panel reflection throws me off a little; maybe just my personal preference, but I think seeing the hint of his eyes through the sunglasses might have improved the aestetics; overall the lighting and expression are fantastic! -

Thanks Todd...I agree. Well, I did what I could with a candid shot. Can you tell he wasn't exactly posing for me? I think I captured his nature well. Those who know him can see that right away. -

Thank you so much for your encouraging critique Parvin...yours is my introductory critique to photo.net and I'm pleased that it was a positive one...especially since this is one of my favorite photos...I pulled it out of the frame and scanned it...something was lost with the scan but the essence of the photo is there, and I still like it -- and not just because I'm now married to the woman in the photo : )
