Very good photo! I like soft tones, nice face expression and clever eyes. The only thing not quite perfect is his hand. At first look it looks like somebody else's hand. Anyway, great photo!

Composition is good, photo is well exposed, but it has to be post-processed! Enhance contrast, add some colors, add some sharpness, local contrast ... withing a minute you can have much better photo.
