I'd like to see just a little more space at the bottom - could be cloned in very easily - just to really emphasis that they are flying. That said, this is a fantastic capture; the silhouettes are excellent against the sky and the idea sings. Congratulations to the kids for doing an excellent job as well. Peter Pan and Wendy?

This young man is a member of the Guatusa, an indigenous people of
Costa Rica, a people that is bordering on extinction. All comments

LOL ... love the title!
I like the tilt here to give this a great diagonal and the concept that he is looking into the distance. The water droplet and it's reflection are fantastic. IMHO, viewing this large is a must. Excellent work.

By all mean, introduce children to the joy of photography as young as possible. I started my grandson when he was 4 years old and now at age 12, he's showing me a few tricks. I like this best on large where you can really see her expression. Very nice tonal range and excellent lighting although it might be a little less on her shoulder and more on her face.

This was taken with a Canon, Powershot a95. A female common garden
spider with a huge egg sac became entangled in her own web after a
board was ripped up from a rotting sundeck and she tried to escape.

Anyone with a fear of spiders would have a nervous breakdown if they
encountered this web. I had never seen one this large, Taken near
Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada
Critiques and suggestions always gratefully accepted.

And life goes on. The utmost respect for his determination and attitude. He is placed very well in the frame; the blurred figures behind him are a big plus. An excellent candid.

It came out very well. It looks like a single photo and very real on my monitor. Nice job!

It is so nice to see a portrait that has not been photoshopped into the bronze age. very good detail, colour and light. I like the neutral background also. Excellent work.

Two old film photos scanned and photoshopped together. Suggestions

A super study in leading lines - makes us want to see what is around that bend. I like this viewed large.

IMHO, It's the pink that steals the show here. The contrasting line are great as is the curving of the benches. (I guess this is down to balance since there are no back legs on those benches!) But that touch of colour is such a huge plus here.
(I wonder about including all of the second bench.)

The bird is cute as all young things are. But the photo is fantastic. Very good composition - just enough foreground but with the body of the baby bird backgrounded against the neutral water. What makes this really work is the back lighting. Tentatively, apprehensively, stepping forward into the world. A survivor or a statistic - only time will tell.

First, I like the layered background from the sky to the gold to the thin yellow line. Secondly, the composition is excellent - the lone tree in front and the others scattered somewhat symmetrically holds the eye's attention on the main tree.

Very nice inflight capture. Too bad about the clipped wing at the top.(Don't you hate it when that happens ... lol.) But wild life captures are not as easy as in the zoo and sometimes you just have to take what you can get. So good that you have an interesting sky as a backdrop. Super definition on the wing feathers.

Keen eye! So well seen. This would work in b&w as well...might even be a bit more intriguing. This would also work without the windows. So many choices here.
