1.
Neat, Arlindo! And I don't speak of the red satin!
I assume it crops a good piece of the view through the finder, like many hoods in the RF world.

 2.
Okay, I'll pop in!
it is about some kind of brotherhood in here. Leica or not.
Barry, be reassured, we ol' pals will continue until electricity fails!
Jim, always appreciate your reflections!
So here are some brotherhood pics!

 3.
Wow Jim, you are getting every time more abstract!
Amazing stuff, Paul Klee and Malevitch's Suprematism are clearly discernible!
M. proposed something like the preference of subjective perception over reality...

I'm back with a commuter moment.

Cheers all!!!

 4.
Jim, I was more preoccupied about my eternal Summicrons. M8s will end up in a land fill, a pity because I'll miss them. All the best and good light!!!!

Cheers,

Knut

 5.
Splash!!! Mediterranian ambit.

 6.
Hi all, happy weekend!!!

 7.
Exactly, Emir, you have to filter before the fact, like with B&W film.

 8.
Mukul, I am even willing to pee onto the spare wheel after drinking a bottle of Dom Perignon, introducing a kind of controlled luxury oxidation. Prices at expense.

 9.
Hi Thorsten,

I've read some stuff you wrote about our tools occasionally and I did, in general, like your approaches.

But with this one I would feel a little bit uneasy with such a bleak self promotional act...with overly repeated "information"...What about proofreading?
YMMV,
What do you think?
Best,
Knut

 10.
It is an intellectual flip-flop motive...

 11.
Well then, Jim, I felt you were right. It was a great piece, but painted over by the city cleaning brigade just a few days later. Robin, a font is a particular size/style of a typeface. Figura is the background, allowing the font to be more or less visible. The great achievement of this particular graffito is that it is playing with the existing color of the wall in that sense. And on top, the piece is vice-versa, it is double ironic! I love the way how the second F emerges...No, I didn't paint it myself. Cheers to all!
Good light,

Knut

 12.
For a modest sum, I offer myself to put some dings, dents, dirt and scratches to Lenny's new Aston Martin DB9. Hotel & flight apart, I think that's reasonable. Please contact me via PM.

 13.
Steve, I think this should be in classifieds. PM sent.

 14.
Point made. Why don't you advertise the kit in classifieds? Otherwise, I'll offer $500 shipping included to Europe for the two C lenses.

 15.
One of my most beloved graffiti, ever. 2009 I think. Must have been David Carson, on a weekend in Barcelona.

 16.
Hi Phil,
no problem, it just unscrews! Rather fine thread. Might have gotten a bit sticky over the years. Use warm water after washing your dishes. After all, there is no felt lining inside. I still have an IROOA front part with hacked chrome back from 90/135mm hood everyday on my 35mm lenses. As it goes, the longer lenses and hoods have seen much less service.

 17.
Hi delvin, what does your grandfather think about your plan?
You might get it serviced and enjoy it..

 18.
Sorry no fool frame, but as close as it gets. 1.33x is really not that bad!

 19.
+1 for a good M8. For around 1200,-, you get a true rangefinder, which is the whole point. Fiddling around with focus peaking and EVF delay is just not my cup of tea. The 35mm frames of the M8 are very tight save up close. I use a modded 40mm Cron on the M8 to bring up the 35mm frames and it works like a charm, only close up the frame is too tight as expected, but it is easy to compensate.
