Wow, you've been active!<br>
I don't feel revelant at all to participate in such a thread but I keep a look, it's an interesting idea.<p>
But ... Brian, FWIW, I've been member of deviantart.com and their prints store looks quite efficient (I've never used it but I've rarely read about complains). Do you know how it works?

When I go on the rate/recent page, I don't read exactly the same text than you.<br>
I can read: <i>"Due to heavy load this feature has been disabled temporarily."</i><br>
I think that the word "temporarily" should has some importance. So I simply understand that a *bug* (on which one admins are surely working on) doesn't allow members to rate anonymously for the moment.

There are some problems and admins/webmasters are surely working on... BTW, photo.net pages are often replaced by a simple message saying that the system is under maintenance.

<i>Oops. I was thiNking...</i>

Oh thanks Mary. I think I've read it once but thank you to recall me.<br>
I was thiking about something like a guideline which could explain all the subtilty of PN. Sure almost all is explained somewhere, either on such page you just recalled me or in some forum threads, but grouping all under the same *thumb index* could be easier for users.

That's another proof that it could be interesting photo.net has a page explaining how this website works <i>(who-how-why-when-etc.)</i>.<br>
Maybe it's in progress. (?)

I'd like to change one of mine and I don't find any way to edit it.<br>
Not a big problem (my title is understable) but if that's not possible, that
could be an easy and quite useful improvement.<br>
Thanks.

Megan,<br>
Well... I got one too and seemed to me that I've received an email. I didn't keep it, maybe I'm wrong then. (?) If I am, sorry.<p>
I think that Brian will answer us as soon he'll be on line again.

Brian,<br>
Why this isn't simply written somewhere? (the fact 4-6 weeks of grace are offered). I guess an *alert* email should be sent when the subcription is expired... Often, many members questions have simple answers but members don't know how to find them else in this forum. Of course, I know it's one of its aim to reply to such questions but a more complete *guideline* could be useful.<br>
Please believe I don't critique admins work (sure, you (and them) are still working). I just find photo.net a bit *strange* these days.</p>

Hi Don,<br>
If a subscription has been offered to you, you should have received an email.<br>
I think PN is a bit (blindly) *floating* these days... Have a look on this <A HREF="http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=00Hhv5&tag=">thread</A>. Could looks like an explanation of some *dysfunctions*.<br>
Cheers.

<i>Sometimes, I just don't understand computers...</i><br>
You know... I'm not sure that even the experts understand all. : ))

logout/login<br>
Sometimes that works... sometimes not *shrug*

To know if your browser allows cookies or not, see in "tools/options" and in something like "security" or "private options". (since I'm using a french version of Firefox, I don't really know how it's translated... ) Hope this helps you.

Right Marc, if you can post on all other pages, you should be able to post on the POW as well. Did you try to logout and login again?
