I like the careful positioning of the horizontal/vertical lines

of the background making it harsh, an the soft lines of the foreground (the lovely model). What could be done better? The dark dress is, at least on my monitor, almost completely black, making it lack detail. There are also some scractches on the door that are emphasized by the shine of the lighting hitting the door. But good work, all in all.

For some reason this reminds me of the old Nasa PR photographs

of astronauts. It is a very nicely lit portrait with strange lovely 3D feeling.

Comments, pls!

I like photos where the background creates interesting dialogue with

the foreground, and this is one of those images. Human form is feline

and sensual and the background is stark and geometric. The

lighting is very interesting, too. However, somehow there is a lack of harmony,

perhaps the whites of the background are too white to portray a feeling

of drama and danger. Good stuff, overall!

a fantastic no frills portrait with great tonality. A tad oversharpened

for my taste.
