    Stefan,

Absolutely beautiful. The tones and contrast are perfect. The model is absolutely gorgeous, and you did a wonderful job showing that. The light quality is top notch.

This is a prime example as to why you are one of my favorite portrait photographers. My goal in life is to put out work with this kind of quality.

I'd love to pick your brain on techniques sometime.

    Well done

    Michelle,

Yes it is as a matter of fact. Those fog banks are over the buffalo river. Thats at Buffalo point. That spot was the highlight of my trip. There is one more photo in my gallery taken at same place. I have more that I haven't added yet....slowly getting to them when i have time.

    Thanks for looking.

  1. BOOM!!! Hahaha...Great capture. Looks like one of those hits where the crowd goes "OOOOOOOOOOOOOH" all together at once. I still haven't gotten my chance to shoot football yet this year, and I'm getting antsey, especially after seeing images like this.

    Well done!!!

    Thanks David and Alon

David...it wasn't really meant to be my thing...but it does look like its turning into that though, doesn't it. :)

The first batch of eggs was an attempt to catch stop motion of eggs cracking after being dropped...they didn't quite turn out like i had hoped....i'll be attempting that again at some point. This batch was more of an excercise for myself in lighting. I'm still trying to teach myself studio lighting...i figured an egg would be a good excersize. You can really see what is happening with modeling and shadows as lights are moved around, also seemed to be a good excersize in control as to not blow out the white of the egg shell. Take that and a boring Sunday afternoon with nothing else to do, and lack of subjects around the house that inspire me...and you get alotta pictures of eggs. :)
