For this being the 1st photo on PN - I can't wait for more - very nice. 5/6
I see you got the 1/1 rating - happens to everybody. sucks but it's the way it is here. Although I can't see who it was. hmmmm! certainly not a 1/1.
-
I really like this one - however - one thing I have noticed on a lot of your photos - they just don't seem dead-on focused.
With that said I would wager it's the camera and not you. You have a good you but I think you are camera challanged. 6/6 knowing that the focusing is the lens and not the guy behind the lens.

How do you find these things!! Excellent - I like the lines LOL

Love it - how do you get that background so BLACK - it's a problem for me (still learning Macro).

There are several level of photography, one level is the outstanding scenics that wow you! Another level are shots like this - they are not the kind that are framed to put on a wall, but are interesting all the same. Nice exposure and lighting and appreciate the info! 6/6
-
Interesting - I would crop the top part of the photo more - perhaps just on the top front . . .legs. - Nice!! 5/6
-
Andrea - get your hand/toes? out of there LOL - nice otherwise!! 5/6

Being a multiple cat owner for 50 years I'm pretty sure that even though the cat got tired, and besides laying in the sun it was the highlite of his day.
