I like the composition and expressions, but I think you need to tone down the brightness and saturation a little!

At the end of a 12 hour working day, these men wait for the bus to take

them back to the massive work camp where they stay. They work these

long days, 6 days a week. They go home to see they families once every

two years.

I have to say that it was very much my intention not to include anything about the actual work this guy does.  There wasn't actually any way I could have anyway as I took this as he was waiting for his bus.

I guess what I was trying to do here is to ask the viewer to make their own judgements.  Perhaps I shouldn't have included a description.
