Is this mold on the negative?
akocurek replied to akocurek's topic in The Wet Darkroom: Film, Paper & Chemistry
Thanks again John_Shriver. I bought "archival" sleeves because I thought they'd be archival! PEC-12 does remove the surface gunk, which is brown, but it looks like the plasticizer has worked its way into the emulsion. Why would the plasticizer only attach to the image area of the film and not the borders? -

That's a nice compact lens for traveling and street.

Breakfast looks good; better than my peanut butter/jelly toasted English muffin! At least my home roasted coffee is hard to beat. I forgot to check the F1 schedule this morning! I'm assuming you're pulling for Verstappen. I missed the race.

I really have no idea how I got the first photo! I don't have any red fabric that I can see! The other photos are from walking through the neighborhood. SL1 and EFs 35 mm macro. The girl on the swing was really going at it. She was just about getting horizontal. She glanced my way once but kept going. I didn't notice the little girl until processing the image.

Looks Like I'll Finally Set Up My B&W Darkroom

Hopefully the pain will subside and disappear with time! I had a hip replacement a number of years ago and that went well except that I felt like Frankenstein when I started walking with a walker. -
Thank you Mark! It got your approval as well as TriggerHappy's, so that makes me satisfied!

At one point, I wasn't sure the main strobe was firing! I was using a Canon on camera flash for fill and to trigger the Alien Bees 400.

I finally bought a collapsible photo backdrop for the occasional portraits and used my tether cable for the first time! It had been in my "stuff" drawer for a few years. A friend of mine said she liked the black background more than the white side, so here it is. I still have to figure out how to handle glare on eyeglass frames.
