Pretty.. and very well done.

Even mother might have a tough time loving that face :-)

Beautifully composed and captured Milena. I really like what you did here, and it probably wasn't easy! The only thing I would change is maybe a slightly thinner border..Excellent work!

Thank you Daniel!

Hi everyone.. thank you for the comments..
Thangavelu, I considered cropping out the leaf.. but there really is not good crop available if you do that. I'd be happy to see something if you want to give it a shot :-)
Vandana and Linda .. thank you for the compliments!

Very well seen.. and captured I might add. End result is very pleasing to look at.

I like this version much better.. even tho I think it could still be lightened a tad more.. As an aside.. you must have taken more photos in Japan? Good to see another Armenian on Photo.net! Cheers, Haig

Beautiful capture.. and you had the perfect shutter speed to get that blur with the wings. Very well done!

A sad title.. but a very beautiful and touching capture.

An interesting take.. actually very pleasing.. would love to see it in print.

I kind of liked the square crop too.. it looks more natural with the photographer kind of facing to the left..

One question Liz.. Is either one of them up for adoption? and umm.. Nice shot, by the way :-) I couldn't resist after reading the first two comments.. lol.

The sun came out for just a few minutes late in the day. Thanks for
looking and critiques

Even with all your superb action shots, this one is still a standout for it's light and colors. Fabulous shot!

Excellent!

Very creative as usual. I really like your take on a lot of the scenes that you shoot. Great tones for this one as well.. Very well done!

A dreary, drizzly afternoon was brightened up by the appearance and
antics of a group of mimes.

Very well done.. magnificent scene..

Thanks for your visit Roger.. I missed visiting your neck of the woods on my foray to the south island.. took the ferry to Picton, and then drove down to Queenstown.
One of these days I'll have to do a bit more thorough exploration :-). New Zealand certainly has some of the most fascinating scenery that I have seen.. I always look forward to my visits there and to Australia. Cheers, Haig

It's ok to crop a photo after you have taken it. In this case I think that having an arm and a hand stuck on the right seems weird. I might have tried a crop like the one above, or even a more drastic one where you removed the whole of the bicycle.
