I'm in a race you see, but this bug here is in front of me! So what shall I do? As the finish line is right there in front of him too, Shall I squash him and turn him black and blue? Or shall I say well done bug you beat me through and through? :o)

Excellent shot, Dave! Getting a good focus on a stationary bug is tough enough. Getting a sharp focus on a flying bug is even tougher (almost impossible), but you did it! Well done! Congrats!

wow! You have a knack of capturing the little guys in flight and in very good focus. I say if he flies in a straight line and you have to take the winding road, then squash him.

This is your second shot like this. I have no idea how you do it but, as others have said, it's very impressive. IS at work I assume. All the best.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to stop by and say hi and for your comments, I am glad to share my pictures with you all and am also glad to hear that at times you like some of them too. I also like hearing what you think might make them look better too. Take care and thanks for your comments.

Oh and well I did not squash him by the way. I mean he was nice enough to let me take his picture after all. ;o)

Take care.

Hey David,

Right now I am in the army that's why i can't put a lot of pictures in my gallery. By the way... this picture looks amazing. You are really talented in taking pictures of small and fast things. :-)

Take care.
